Great, Wawa’s are a good convenience store. They are usually brightly lit, clean, safe, well stocked, and staffed with good employees. You can get pretty much anything you need for a road trip. The sandwiches are decent, a lot better than most fast food restaurants. Being able to get gas is also a plus. The gas attendants are always friendly and hard working. With all the lights around the pumps it always seems safe. Think about it, where else are you going to go? Seven Eleven, no way, they suck.

Got 5 subs and a family mac and cheese all the sub rolls were hard from being stale.one subs was supposed to have lettuce bell peppers and bacon and had none of it on there yet had to pay extra for it all. Condiments are literally drowning the subs. BTW if u have food allergies don’t recommend here watched associate make all 5 of my subs and didn’t change gloves once. Large order of Mac and cheese clearly been sitting in their station way too long noodles were mush and cheese was old. Very dissatisfied with the food couldn’t even eat it.

June 25, 2024 I purchased another salad from this location and this has become another one of my go to Wawa’s because they have also met my expectations of preparing my salad’s. They haven’t missed anything, I specifically requested on my salads and the staff and overall environment is simply amazing. I enjoy stopping in this Wawa on my way home from Dover, the beach or whenever I’m coming headed home in the direction of this Wawa. Like I said in previous reviews every Wawa isn’t the same but hopefully one day they will all be on board, but I’m happy and proud to say that this Wawa is another one of my favorites. I been going in this Wawa off and on for the last 15 years but since I’ve been eating a lot of salads lately and this Wawa has stepped up to the challenge and met the requirements, I decided it was time to write a review.

I’ll just keep adding here. Today, forgot to put bacon on the sandwich but I noticed and “fixed” it. I have a sandwich that is just not a sandwich. The bacon is cold and not in any way appealing. They couldn’t use that sharp knife and cut through the bread. Seriously. Like, one bread is cut the other isn’t.

It’s something every time. Was not always this way.

Customer brings two stuffed pretzels to the register. Politely engages in greetings etc. Requests cigarettes.

Employee takes the pretzels across the counter, rings them, places them further from reach than where they started.

Employee rings cigarettes. 4 packs. Places none of them in reach.

So I’ve gathered my own products, I’ve engaged in needles courtesy made obligatory by a greeting suggesting we are going to be nice to one another.

Make it make sense? One may make a case that it’s some kind of blind spot in their courtesy to make the counter items reachable.

But the ones I brought with me? Taken further and not returned?

We’re being rude on purpose.

Literally been a customer for over 40 years. Never disliked it like I do today.

Got a 4 inch sub and soup combo they said was 6.49 when I checked out only the sub was 6.49 the soup was another 4 dollars and the sub is nothing but lettuce and bread. The bread was also burnt to the point of being inedible.

This “breakfast sandwich” was nearly $7
None of the things I added to it were on it. My order # didn’t even get called and I’m just standing there waiting for a long time thinking there’s a hold up with my order. Some reason it was just my order that wasn’t called but everyone else’s was; not even going to attempt to wrap my head around that one.

It’s the last time I ordered food at this specific wawa, and I suggest the same for everyone else !

Usually my go-to Wawa but I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Went to grab my sister some gum while I was in line and someone had put their chewed gum back on the shelf.
