Ordered online pick up.
I drove to the store at pick up time. The app says to pick up your mobile pick up at the mobile pick up stand. I patiently waited at the stand for 15 minutes after my pick up time. No worker bothered to ask why this guy is standing at the mobile pick up stand. So I finally went up to the counter to ask when it would be ready. They tell me they keep that at the front with the cashier so no one can take them. Do they put a sign on their mobile pick up stand indicating this? Of course not. You’re supposed to read their minds that the instructions in the app are wrong. Why even have a pick up stand if it’s not going to be used AND the app has instructions telling you to use it. Not one person in your store has thought this might be an issue to have this completely at odds with instructions?
If you’re wondering how cold, soggy burritos from Wawa are, not very good.

This Wawa is a 24 hour, all-day, everyday convenience store in Wilmington, DE on Linden Hill Road. If you don’t know it’s there you won’t find it. It’s one of Wawa’s small stores with less offerings than their fully equipped gas station stores. No restroom. They offer freshly brewed coffee, freshly made salads, sandwiches and beverages. (If they don’t sell gas, there’s usually no restroom. They sell cigarettes and some vapes.
This is a back up Wawa for me. It’s very small and run down. Even though it’s not dirty, it looks like it.

I work 2 jobs and came here for sandwiches before my second job. Both sandwiches were made incorrectly. I ordered an Italian with tomatoes and lettuce and a chicken salad with bacon and lettuce. I received two Italian sandwiches…. No tomatoes, and obviously no chicken salad, just another Italian. My dinner was ruined! I came in to speak to the manager on duty and explained the situation. She said what do you want me to do about it? I said I would like to at least get my chicken salad sandwich remade! I showed her the receipt. She said bring back the sandwich.. really? I threw it away. This was the second trip I made to this store, and she wants me to dig a half eaten sandwich out the trash! Believe me I’m not making multiple trips to Wawa to get a free 6.00 sandwich from you! I even pointed out the guy who made the sandwich’s wrong!!! And had a receipt! She said she’s not making me a new sandwich till I brought back the half eaten sandwich! She looked like she wanted to fight over this! Allison was her name! And worse customer service i ever experienced in my life!!! I work retail! And you’re team messed my whole dinner up and you want me to make a third trip with a half eaten sandwich to make it right?! Allison needs lessons on customer service! Please set up some videos for this girl! I will not come back here for her nasty service!

I usually like to do mobile ordering so I won’t have to wait with it being busy, but even though I place my order 15 mins before hand, my food hasn’t even been put together yet. No one helps me when I get there, I always have to ask someone. There’s never any sizzles made, I always hear the cashier calling to the back asking to make it. Wouldn’t you expect for them to have it all together with mobile ordering??? Or do they just not pay attention.. one time I even had to just grab my own items because it was never packed and no one was giving me an update. Love Wawa but this is pretty absurd… & yes I’m writing this review as I’m standing for my mobile ordering for 10 mins now..

I’m a usual customer but today was pissing me off I get we all new but if I order 3bagels why do I have double bottoms double tops everything bagel and plain all mixed and matched. New guy need to slow it down because he’s messing up orders in the morning while people headed to work and that can be annoying.

Food is always good, usually prepared right for mobile orders and fast. But today we got a whole uncut/unshredded chicken breast in our quesodilla which is just so wild. The level of laziness required to do that made us laugh.

Usually when I go to this location everybody’s nice but there’s a woman that works there with dark hair about 60 who makes passive aggressive comments and is disrespectful to me every time I come there and I’m sure she does this to other people as well if the managers or the owner had any common sense they get rid of this person.

It pains me to write this review. As a native of the greater Philadelphia area, I love Wawa. If Wawa has no fans, then I am dead. However, this Wawa sucks. The food is extremely inconsistent in quality and more often than not I leave disappointed rather than satisfied. This Wawa is much smaller than the ones with gas stations so that may be why. Regardless, go to the other Wawa on Limestone Rd if you can. Like another review I read said, this is nothing more than a backup Wawa

Ordered pork sandwich, this is what I got. No mayo was on the sandwich even though I requested it. The meat portion was a joke. They either ran out or just didn’t care about the quality.
