I’m so angry that I payed for 2 burritos at 1am and didn’t get what I i ordered no guacamole, no cheese sauce and no sour cream , at this point it should just be free because ya seem to steal customers money everytime ya can’t follow simple directions and give me what I payed for, then to cut my burrito in half who does that they not meant to be cut and since when they do that at wawa this is a 1st, im so hungry I could cry and can’t enjoy my damn food thanks for robbing me once again of my money wawa. If I could upload the pics of the sloppy burrito I would.

Don’t order door dash thru here. The workers at this particular wawa always messing up on my food maybe they need to stop talking about their personal lives and focus on doing work so our foods can be made properly upon delivery.
Also when they don’t have what you want they will still charge you on door dash and bring you food totally different from why was asked!

This Wawa has very professional staff members that have great customer service skills and this store gets really busy in the morning. The customers flow in and out of the store quickly. It’s like an organized chaos. The staff can handle it at this store. Keep up the good work

There’s absolutely no customer service they pretend to ignore the customers especially the ones standing there for 20 to 25 minutes waiting for their food when all they have to simply do is ask if they need assistance or at least call an order number for God sake sitting up at the calendar, the whole time. never had an issue with the morning shift. Don’t bother using the app to save time in this location. Whether you order & pay in app or order in app & pay in store your order will be misplaced. Wawa needs to clearly define how the process works & then execute e.g. “pay in app pick up at main counter. Pay in store pick up at sandwich counter “. Btw this is the THIRD time this happened at this location. I’m better off ordering & paying inside when ordering from this location. So much for saving time…..SMH

This Wawa has quick-service and the best staff! They are always pleasant, smile, and will go out of their way to make sure you get what you want to eat.
Even the customers in the store are friendly, and show respect by smiling, saying hello and holding the door open for you.
I believe this is all because of the attitude of the personnel in the store.

Please teach your staff how to make a proper sub. Salt, pepper, and oregano go on top of the sub, not on the meat, and the same goes for the oil; oil does not go on the bread before the mayo. It goes on top of the lettuce. This sub is dry. I forgot to mention I asked for extra oil too, smh.

What a disgrace. Ordered a veggie cream cheese bagel on door dash and the picture is what they sent me. A joke right? Drove to Wawa because I was really annoyed about it so they remade the bagel practically the SAME WAY. There’s literally close to NO cream cheese on the bagel. Idk how corporate hasn’t completely shut this place down or done a clean sweep. It is awful every single time. Only saving grace was the sweet girl at the front who seemed embarrassed when I showed her the bagel. She noticed me waiting longer than I should have for the remade bagel and grabbed it for me because the workers remade it and just sat it behind other food. They could not care less with solving the issue. Horrible customer service.
