Ordered a spicy jalapeño ranch crispy chicken sandwich.
This includes lettuce, crispy jalapeños, pickles, spicy jalapeño sauce. Are we serious?
Also I have to agree with Amber, the service sucks. Girl who served my order didn’t call out the number. No communication, no pleasantries, just silence. Not coming here again, don’t waste your time ordering from this place. There’s another Wawa right down the road you can try!

Super busy Wawa, they were very helpful after I messed up and tried to make a reward purchase on the self checkout which you cannot do. I learned my lesson. They were kind enough to refund my money in cash since it was a birthday reward. That was very nice. Not to mention that their gas is about .35¢ less than Pennsylvania. Yeah baby.

Based on the deplorable conditions of the MENS’ ROOM on Saturday evening/Sunday morning, June 8 and 9, 2024, I was AFRAID to wash my hands; let alone order FOOD!
The clientele had to be the SCARIEST I’ve seen in a very LONG time (and I used to work here!)! The Cashier even looked like a zombie!
This store has gone WAAAAAAY downhill on ANY shift; MOST ESPECIALLY the 11pm to 7am shift!
After being in this store, I had to come home and SHOWER!

After a week of wanting bagels with EXTRA cream cheese wawa has not delivered at all. if i wanted lite or regular cream cheese i would’ve selected that option but i put extra for a reason i mean for $2.79 my request could have at the very least been fulfilled i’m so disappointed lol at the point where i’m not even going to come to wawa for bagels anymore. I even asked the girl if there was extra cream cheese and she said yes. so not only are you stingy you’re liars also sad. just down right sad. i hope in the near future when someone requests extra cream cheese you lather it on there; I will say the cashiers are always the nicest people i meet there!

I love everything about WAWA. The gas pump and more so the food & snacks. The coffee here is always good. I make it a point to stop by here when I’m passing through the highway. It usually gets quite busy here since the Amazon fulfillment center is nearby. With that being said, I’m a bit disappointed by the attention span of the food preparation. This is the 2nd time they gave me bacon when I specifically did not request it. I unchecked the bacon BOX on the kiosk. The counter person even assigned the wrong ticket to my sandwich box until I asked her for my meal. That’s when I opened it in front of her to check if they got my order correct. Sadly they got it wrong. She said she can remove the bacon. What’s the purpose of that? It’s already tainted, some individuals do not eat bacon or meat…. My suggestion, less chit chat and more focus PLEASE

Cheating the customers by shorting their food orders. This sandwich has 33% less meat than it should with a correct build per corporate standards. So did the other one I bought. Definitely need to terminate/replace the GM who is stealing from customers to fluff their bottom line

was my favorite WAWA up until recently. I understand this is probably one of the busiest locations and it gets hectic. HOWEVER the customer service at this location has greatly declined within the past few months. Today my experience was, sandwich just sitting on the counter nobody was calling out numbers, at one point there was about 6 sandwiches sitting on the counter, after standing there for a good 15 minutes I walked up and saw my # and took my sandwich, the person behind the counter had ZERO interaction with customers. This was my GO-to WAWA… but not anymore.

I prepaid for gas at the counter. When I went to pump the gas no prepaid amount shows on the gas pump. Went back in to let the cashier know that I didn’t receive the gas but the money was taken from my checking account. She says the money for gas is on hold by my bank. There is nothing that they can do. To have a nice day. No apology. They don’t even know why it happens. This happened before and a manager corrected the issue. The store staff did not believe me. I’ve worked for several banks and I know that the bank does not place holds on transactions. The merchant does. Once the receipt is sent in by the merchant the pending charge should post without the $15 added. So not only am I out of $15 until the bank returns the money but I had to go out of my way to another gas station. I wasn’t paying a second time and be out of more money. This has also happened to my husband at this location also. Advice is to pay cash at this location for any gas you need or go somewhere else. What an inconvenience.

I’m struggling to understand the poor treatment I received at this location. I was returning from a Veterans Medical Center appointment and stopped to stretch, as my hip issues require frequent breaks while driving. I was standing near the trash can, enjoying my coffee, when a young lady politely but firmly asked me to limit my stay to under five minutes or she would call law enforcement.
I suffer from severe PTSD, and an encounter with law enforcement could have had serious consequences. This situation was only avoided due to the employee’s politeness and the absence of a confrontational male.
I am deeply disturbed by this treatment. While I had the option to leave, this policy could easily have left a homeless veteran or anyone else out in the cold and wet weather.
I urge this location to treat all of God’s creatures with respect.
Update: I was offered a $15 gift card only after cutting and pasting this review on the corp website via complaints.
This is my third edit to this review, and I have not received any acknowledgment from the Store Manager. (Last edit added picture of me inside my local store where they let me stretch my legs inside the store.)
I am considering legal action and demanding that Wawa make a significant donation to address homelessness in our community.”
