Stop there before going home. I ordered a 16 ounce hot mocha latte with extra dark chocolate sauce which is an additional $.50 and a double shot of espresso, which is one dollar instead I got a 12 ounce macchiato no extra espresso as if I don’t know the taste in my up my coffees. Not to mention they had a very slow slow worker cashier. It was three other employees there. The cashier left. Why there was still a line. Which she didn’t left the cash register why would we there to go grab a couple cartons of cigarettes that she couldn’t have another employee since it was three other employees there to grab them for her. The atmosphere and vibe makes me not want to ever go there again. I don’t even understand why they even still open. At this point they have lack of customer service lack of a friendly face as an manager at Royal Farms that would be very unacceptable and my employees would have been written up for this. I have pictures of how disgusting my cup looks the receipt on my cup that shows my 16 ounces in a cup size but instead got a 12 ounces cup

Chris is super helpful, I waited like a minute and a half for food and he was immediately checking on me and what I needed.
Liz is awesome, she greeted me and let me know my coffee was made and made me a fresh sandwich for my mobile order.

Me personally, I hate Wawa because it’s always packed or parking sucks most of the time. With that being said it is a great store they have almost everything you could think of including gas, some serve alcohol, the foods decent, prices are decent. All around is a great business.

Just a below average Wawa. Stopped after a long drive to get a cup of coffee and use the restroom. It was 10 a.m and only 3 coffee containers were filled. First cup I got, it was warm not hot. Second cup from a different coffee was also just warm. I asked a woman behind the counter if there was going to be hot coffee and she replied..” Whatever we have out, is it” Not very professional. Employees don’t seem to want to help and aren’t very friendly. The bathroom was extremely dirty. I won’t stop here again. 2 stars for the only cashier that was nice.

Food is usually OK but the COFFEE….the thing some of us are die hard fans of at Wawa…..idk who you have making coffee at this location these days but stop them ASAP. I haven’t been going often for months now but every time I do…the coffee is messed up. I get cuban and they’re not serving cuban…it’s a dark roast but not cuban. I want the good stuff. Make it happen plz.

The worst wawa i have EVER been too!!! The employees including the managers are rude and disrespectful. They can not make food correct even tho it literally is right in front of them. Don’t even attempt to get a mistake corrected or you’ll be greeted with a nasty attitude from both employees and managers. Very disappointing every time I go. I will literally drive to the next one to avoid this one is my best advice for anyone amd everyone

Probably the best Wawa I’ve been at and I’ve been to many. The staff is accommodating, friendly and professional. The store is always clean and the coffee area well stocked. These employees do their job and do it well. Top notch staff. This store should be a model for other Wawas to emulate.

I usually love this place, but recently, the employees making the sandwiches are obviously illiterate. I’ve ordered a BLT with mayo and onions 6 times in the last two weeks, but not once have they put it on the sandwich. It has to be on the screen, so why can’t they read it? I bet if it was on their freaking smart phone they’d notice it.
