I was wrong about my last post. I came in this evening and had to apologize to Morgan who was nothing but accommodating. The last time I was there, at this Wawa, I was wrong. I apologized tonight, but don’t think it was all I should do. Morgan and her team deserve all the respect and patience in this industry. If they are out of something, it’s not her/their fault. It’s Wawa. And next time I will go directly to corporate. Sorry again Morgan. I hope you can forgive me and my stupidity. All the best.

I’ve been to this Royersford Wawa many times over the years, and this visit was the final straw. For the third time in three months, I was given the wrong food with my order. At this point, it’s no longer an occasional mistake—it’s a clear pattern.

This location is easily the worst Wawa within a 10-mile radius. The store is frequently dirty, the food is often not fresh, and orders are routinely prepared sloppily despite an ordering system that clearly spells everything out. Attention to detail is consistently lacking.

What’s also baffling is how often this location is out of basic items. You can go right down the street to another Wawa and find everything fully stocked, with employees who appear far more confident and engaged. That points to a supply chain, inventory management, or basic operational competency issue at this store—or a combination of all three.

After discovering the incorrect order, I had to drive 10 miles back to have it fixed. While the manager did replace the food, he refused to issue a refund, telling me to “request it in the app or call corporate.” There was zero accountability or ownership taken at the store level—just a dismissive “have a nice day.”

Mistakes happen, and I understand that. But repeated mistakes reflect poor training, weak oversight, and a lack of care. My money matters. This is not a cheap store, and if you want to charge premium convenience-store prices, you need to treat customers with respect and get orders right.

The environment only adds to the frustration. Customers are often difficult, the store feels chaotic, and the parking lot is a dangerous racetrack, with near-accidents happening far too often.

I don’t understand the obsession with Wawa in general—it’s gas-station food, and at this location it’s marginal at best. Based on my experiences and the consistent themes in other reviews, this appears to be an ongoing competency and management problem, not a one-time issue.

This store needs serious improvement in cleanliness, inventory control, employee training, and management accountability. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this location again.

Food is great!!! I dont recommend ordering through door dash on the wawa app. The past two times there has been missing items and when I call for a refund, im told they will review the case and if approved the refund will take 8-10 days.
Save yourself trouble and just go to the store.

This location was my first Wawa experience. I wanted iced coffee. My sister in law drives me to this place called Wawa. I’m like, WTH?

Inserted foot in mouth as their machined caffeine was absolutely delish!? It’s a little overly sweet for my liking but hey, beggars can’t be choosey!

Wawa’s is great, what more you need? Gas, food & drinks, and the best pretzels in PA! I dare you make a better pretzel. Serving suggestion: microwave 10 secs! Quickly consume.

There was a man who decided to pull every non colored person out of line and take them before all the colored non colored Americans in the line. It was a weird experience because I dont base anything on color but that was a little to much to me.. its a little to much here sometimes so I recommend going somewhere else..

The staff is extremely rude and the kiosk are not switched to dinner on time. Once we ordered a medium pizza and the charged for a large. They never remind you to use your rewards card. We avoid this Wawa at all costs

The food is delicious, abundant and wonderfully varied! You are likely to find something good to eat no matter your taste! Service with a smile is taken to heart and the atmosphere is always pleasant. Add that to a giant list of amenities that Wawa offers and you have a winning combination!

It’s nice to help someone who is not from around here at 1:00am, but when you have a customer and you are not doing business with the person you’re helping, how about having them step aside, take money from another actual customer and push a button so the actual customer can be on their way? Instead of that actual customer having to go elsewhere to do business. This generation of 20 somethings have no idea about customer service.
