the manager on duty on august 29th @12:30am was lowkey not chill !! i got the same sandwich i get everytime from every wawa and usually i hit special order and they are able to swap the bread. whoever this human was, was being retaliatory and unessarily rigid about bread rules for some reason and wanted me to pay close to $10 for a sandwich that’s usually like $5 and some change. it seemed like she was just making up how to order the sandwich i wanted as she went, even though she adamantly said no to the order that i mentioned (and that i explained the process of how ive ordered the sandwich in the past) tbh i left feeling kind of upset because it’s not that deep and idk if they were judging me because im a younger poc person and stuff, but it was pretty jarring. they also made the hoagie i got instead wrong 🙁 like whyyyy— i was having such a good night and now im kinda down. i hope they’re okay and maybe they were just having a bad night, but idk they seemed really distinctly different in their demeanor when talking to me

About 15mins driving after having paid for my sandwich, i realized they gave me a completely wrong sandwich but it had my order sticker on it. So we drove back, told the woman the issue, she turned to the guy who had made the mistake and asked about it and what happened and he said he wasn’t paying attention because he was talking and she laughed. I then got my soggy sandwich which was missing items on it.
No apology for the mistake or anything. Way better Wawas elsewhere so do yourself a favor and stay away from this one.

The food at this Wawa exceeds expectations for a convenience store. The hoagies are made fresh with quality ingredients, and the touch-screen ordering system makes customization easy. By far the worst wawa ever. Never got food that was ordered because they claim they ran out of cheese, promised to refund app the money which they never did and that was over 5 days ago. Not the first time we has issues with this wawa and their food. Will never waste time at this one again.

This Wawa has stepped it up over the last few years after the Kulpsville location closed. I frequently visit for its convenience, and everyone is always friendly. My orders are always correct, varying in quality here and there, which is to be expected. The fridges are always stocked, but their self-serve coffee is frequently lacking. They’re usually out of a brew and haven’t replaced it. Getting a hold of them is usually not worth the effort, so I just get another brew. The self-checkout has been a game changer for the wait in line, but Wawa should really allow you to use rewards at self-checkout (Employees can’t control that, obviously! They do a good job at providing the signs to let you know so). Also, a lot of mornings they’re slow in batching and replacing their Sizzlis, which is really annoying (like 7am and they’re out). They’ll make you one if you ask, but they should work on timing it better. The parking lot can be a disaster sometimes, but honestly, not bad compared to other locations.

This wawa has progressively become worse and worse. From workers consistently screwing up orders behind the counter to online orders being routinely wrong. Wawa has turned into a greedy corporation and has gone downhill exponentially.
