Nicole, the manager is a true asset at this location. I mistakenly bought 2 items that I wanted to return immediately. Called the store and Nicole gracefully accepted the return while the cashier Lisa was clearly shown to be upset and made me feel very uncomfortable. The lady with the burkha was starring at me the whole time standing next to Lisa.
I very much appreciate Nicole for what she did for me with respect.

This store is managed very well. They were obviously suffering an employee shortage on a busy Saturday afternoon. The staff that were there managed it very well. They we’re pumping out high quality food and the sole cashier was doing an awesome job dealing with the line. Club sandwich was excellent and sun was very good. Great job!

Got a beef quesadilla but they had run out of boxes for them and put it into a bowl if this happens to you refuse it don’t bother trying to eat it. It was saturated and broke apart all over me while trying pickup a section and or while trying to eat it from the fluid in the bowl I might as well have just drank the liquid grease in the bowl. As they were stacked in the bowl each section was worse than the last. I have had many wawa quesadillas over the years but never had this problem before.
I called the store and told them what happened and the rude woman that answered the phone was going to hang up on me they eventually said corporate told them to put them in bowls when they are out of boxes.
Seems that like most business’s they want your money but don’t care about the customer or presentation.

Everyone always gives the poor cashiers a problem about their 25 cent bags . Seems like a first world problem to me. They always seem to handle it pretty well though. I saw an older lady screaming at a young girl behind the register. over a few cents!! I was surprised the kid was able to stay respectful after that too, cause I sure wouldn’t be if that was me getting yelled at over some plastic

Needs better hoagie makers and better bacon cooked not soggy. Want to taste everything in one bite not just the outside of the hoagie.

I go to this Wawa every single morning because it has great staff all the way around on all 3 shifts. While reading some other comments I see people saying things that are just not very intelligent. One person said that plastic bags are not banned in Pennsylvania or Chester County. While that part is true, plastic bags are definitely banned in Uwchlan Township. Paying for 1 paper bag at one of the local chain stores costs about 15 cents, while paying for a reusable bag at Wawa only costs 38 cents. The bags they sell at Wawa are not one time use bags that you throw away after 1 use. Another person was complaining about waiting for a breakfast sandwich. During the morning rush it does take a little bit of time to get everything together, the Sizzlis are not just thrown in the microwave, They are placed in an oven, all parts of the Sizzli on separate sheets and
then put together, placed in marked boxes, then brought out to the warmer, not a 5 minute job. This truly is a great store, a lot healthier than your fast food restaurants, although you do need to grab your own napkins at Wawa.

OMG I can’t believe Wawa has discontinued their Chili!!! What a shame, it was great for making taco salads, chili cheese dogs and chili cheeseburgers!!!

I am a huge Wawa fan, especially wawa food. I stopped in for a chicken, bacon, dill ranch wrap. I also had to grab a couple of drinks, and a snack along with it. I head to the self check out but notice there’s no bags, so I head to the counter front counter. The guy rings me up and I ask for a bag. He says they only have the reusable bags. Now, there’s no law in Pennsylvania that requires them to only have reusable bags. This isn’t a grocery store, it’s a gas station. They already don’t put your piping hot food in a bag with napkins like their competitors do which kind of sucks. So now I am supposed to spend more money on a bag I am going to throw away anyway or try to hold all my items and hot food at once too. Get your stuff together Wawa or you’re going to start losing customers.
