I don’t normally do reviews but I stopped by for a few snacks and I just wanted to shout out the young lady who was at the register, it was very busy and she was very quick getting customers out but what stood out was how enthusiastic and sweet she was especially to the older couple that was ahead of me, She was very patient and helped them receive discounts on there phone.

If u go at night dont expect to get your food fast for some reason to take preference of delivery items over orders placed at the kiosk. I placed a order at 2:11 am for a personal pizza and took 30 minutes before they even made it. Being tired is no excuse when the store is empty the workers at night are extremely lax and barely want to be there. The Manager is a joke

Consistently, this wawa is dirty, and the workers are disgruntled (never disrespect though) . From one conversation I gathered this morning, there were 3 people who was way late for their shift then they mocked a customer for getting a refund because they were moving to slow. (Making jokes saying that the customer was already late for work.) Meanwhile, I was waiting 15 minutes for a medium mac-n-cheese. I too left it. I didn’t even get a refund!
It’s unfortunate that with the lackadaisical environment and obvious burnout from other employees, there is a societal impact on how people will view this store. For that reason, the GM needs to really get a grip on this to make this store better. I usually go out of my way to another Wawa and avoid this one which is way more convenient to go to but this store (for a lack of better words and to drive my point of the severity of this location) sucks like a working girl on Kensington and Allegheny and I implore you to advoid this place.

Terrible terrible location. This is absolutely the worst Wawa I have been to. It’s fine for getting gas if you don’t go inside, but any time I go in for food, I always regret it.

Ordered a breakfast bowl at 9am on 09/18/25 and the staff making the food said out load several times to her go coworker that what I ordered was disgusting and a whole lot of “ick” lol I get that it’s not her kind of food but definitely makes me not want to order food here again.

Horrible. This location has been going down hill and fast. Pre ordered today, went to pick up 25 minutes laters and it was about 60 people waiting for orders, and that’s no exaggeration. The deli lady stated they were behind and it would be an hour or more wait. This was stated after already waiting 20 minutes. The staff was helpful and doing the best they could as I believe they are severely understaffed. They offered refunds and many people accepted. Upper management, do BETTER and QUICK.
