I’m honestly so tired of this Wawa letting customers down. Not only did they forget my daughter’s mac & cheese, they messed up my quesadilla AND somehow gave me water instead of the chocolate milk I paid for.
Is there anyone actually checking orders before they go out? This isn’t a one-time mistake- it happens way too often. At this point it feels like no one cares, and it’s really disappointing.
Please get it together. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check everything just to make sure they got what they ordered

They don’t seem to understand the difference between DIET and REGULAR soda. They mess up the door dash delivery ALL THE TIME.

It is a hit or miss if you will actually get the food that you ordered. I order breakfast every day Monday to Friday, and half the time get the wrong food. It is very disappointing. I shouldn’t have to check my order every day to make sure I have my food and not someone else’s food. Going to go to another wawa.

I don’t know what’s going on with The Christmas coffee cups, but they are actually leaking. I try A few Wawa in my area and this is how it looks. Like I don’t understand how the company that makes these cups can sell them to Wawa. It’s horrible. It’s leaking and this is not my 1st cup and the thing is where ever I go it keeps looking like this. It just keeps leaking every cup I buy. So I’m advising you guys be careful when you buy your coffee it may Look like this, horrible I couldn’t even enjoy my coffee.

We picked up the cheese pizza the other night and it was actually very good. It was nice that it was put in a couple minutes longer to have it well done and a little crispy unlike most WAWA pizza we’ve tried before.

Stopped in after grabbing the kids from the movies and just wanted three salads
The salads were all wrong. I asked for all dressing on the side and all three with crispy chicken. All had dressing ON the salad and only one was crispy chicken. Toppings missing on one , another had stuff that wasn’t ordered on it..all had Caesar dressing. .ugh ..before receiving the salads we decided to order avocado toast at the last minute ..no big deal, except they weren’t even toasted…they had grill marks on the bottom (I dont know how) but they were not the least bit toasted…
Won’t be back for anything that isn’t already made ….

Always buy their hot coffee and quesadilla — no matter what is inside, they’re always a nice choice, both yummy and nutritious. I’ve noticed that for some reason the food is often much tastier when you order it in the afternoon…
This Wawa’s workers are incredible, nice and always friendly. Especially the ones that take morning shifts.
There’s a lot of parking space outside. Whereas the inside is kept neat and clean.
