Apparently cups of ice aren’t free at Wawa. The associate stated they have too many children have been stealing so you have to make a purchase in order to get a cup of ice. I’m 30 years old never have I paid for a cup of ice at Wawa even when not making a purchase. Mind you I’d gladly pay for it but the fact that your telling me because children are stealing I now have to pay for it is insane and her attitude was even crazier as if I was the one who stole from the store. I’ve been going to Wawa for years and never have I felt the need to leave a review but Lord this lady’s attitude was insane. At 6:40am to have to deal with that poor customer service is a shame Wawa you need to do better with your employee selection.

Store is always crowded & they only have 1 cashier so you will be waiting in line for a while. Store cleanliness is not pleasing at all. When you order food or smoothies customer service reps never call your number to inform you so you’ll be waiting until you go up to see if your order is there. Cashier did not greet us upon check out.

If you make it to this location alive you will notice how your instantly on the set of a mad max movie. This place truly gives an “end of the world” atmosphere. Dirty, never stocked and if it is stocked it has expired milk that’s 3 days past due. You have to pay for your fountain drink at the register so the cashier can give you the cup. Local hangout for the homeless and the parking is atrocious. Employees are on their phone more than I am while standing in line. Dirt surrounds the fan area where pastries are kept. You instantly get the impression that this location has zero management. Review updated 8/28 with the expired milk picture. The only sympathy I have is for the very select few employees that deserve a better location to work at…yet again they are the only lifeline this location has to help the dying atmosphere this location has. The one star rating is fir the select few employees who are great. It’s always nice to see the long arms of the local city reach out further and further by the day. “Great Location”

Unprofessional females preparing the food behind the counters. No greeting, no thank you, and the food I got tasted horrible. It tasted like dirty gloves and dirt. They also have one person running the register who looks like he doesn’t want to be there. This place is a mess.

The staff are absolutely ridiculous they poorly make your food or custom drinks and the have the worst customer service, how to I ask and pay for a frozen coffee just to get a watered down slushy. How do I order in advance on my 30 minute lunch break all to get to the store and the food wasnt even prepared yet. Then you have a old associate that can barely read the order sheet. Smh this store is ridiculous. One of the worst.
