Night crew at 10pm, Aug 13 was perfect.
Methodical & accurate. I don’t like it when food servers are too rushed and look like they are tossing the food together. Despite being clearly understaffed by the corporation, this food prep team, especially the Black lady with the hat and braids on drink prep, performed perfectly. The only thing that could be done better is if Wawa corporate gave them more staff.

Good afternoon Google Family. I visited to purchase gas and to use the restroom.. The rest rooms were ok, they could have been cleaner. The associate that rang me up was very friendly and helpful.. I pumped my $20.00 worth of gas and then I left to make my workout video. Good night Google family and don’t forget to work out, Be healthy, fit and Fabulous.

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had at one of your locations during a recent visit. I placed an order for fries using my Wawa Rewards points through the app. Everything scanned successfully at the kiosk, and I proceeded to the food counter to check on the status of my order.
When I approached the food preparation area, I politely asked a tall white male employee average age early 50’s weathered my order was ready. His response was unnecessarily rude and dismissive—he insisted I needed to pay for the order and that it would only be prepared once I had done so, despite the fact that payment had already been processed through the app using my rewards.
Thankfully, a younger supervisor intervened and confirmed that I had, in fact, paid through the app. However, the original employee proceeded to make the fries with a clear attitude. Once they were finished, he did not alert me, label the item, place it in a bag, or offer any acknowledgment. He simply placed them on the counter and walked away.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced poor service at this location. While I typically enjoy Wawa’s food and convenience, the staff at this store have repeatedly shown a lack of professionalism and courtesy, which makes for an unpleasant customer experience.
I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. Thank you for your time and attention.

This is probably one of my favorite wawas, the Staff are always nice and the service is always quick and efficient. They have pretty good food too, their hoagies, chicken bites, and smoothies are the best, they also have good Chai Tea too. Hands down one of the best wawas in my opinion.

Manager in the food area was very comfortable with a coworker being rude in her face. My wife ordered a sandwich and didn’t want it toasted, because she asked for the marvle rye sandwich not to be toasted dude looked funny and then said oh, u paying with ebt. What’s does that have to do with not toasting a sandwich. Then his manager lies and said it’s policy. Asking about a black customer using EBT is not policy. Bad policy get feelings hurt.
