Ordered a turkey hoagie and was given only one piece of turkey. Also ordered a french toast kids meal and wasn’t given any syrup. French toast was very dry. Also please stock up on your condiments more often. No honey mustard.

Of the roughly 265 Wawa stores that are in Pennsylvania, this is the worst one by far. I’ve been given an egg sandwich that was cooked to the point where it was black. And I mean black, not just slightly over toasted. I ordered specialty fries one night and instead of telling me they were out of cheese they handed me fries with oregano on them. Paid extra for that. I ordered French toast today for my kid and it came with no syrup. I don’t keep syrup in the house and this was supposed to be a special treat but no of course this Wawa messed it up. It sucks that I have to go to a further location to get a very basic meal that they are reading off of a screen and just have to “cook” and put into a bag. Reading through the reviews, I’m not the only one experiencing the poor service and it seems like management is doing nothing to make this location better.

Found a roach in my iced coffee! Highly unsanitary!!! I’m sure there were more. I will never get anything from here again! License and inspections will be contacted. If there is one roach then there are probably many more and this roach was at the bottom of my cup probably pushed down with and by the ice from their ice chest where they make their hand crafted drinks. If I could give a -0 I would.

I wanted a breakfast snack wrap with yellow egg, bacon, salt and pepper-no cheese…but they didn’t have them available for some reason even though it was breakfast. So I ended up ordering white toast with butter, but when I opened the wrapping, it was hard as a rock and I could not chew it at all. Also, there was only one person in the back making food. How could someone sell product like this?! Very horrible experience. Will be going to another location going forward.

I’m so mad at y’all! My kids convinced me to order today. If you want to look me up I had a mobile order today. Pick up at 5:25. If I wanted potato chips I would have bought them but I ordered French fries! They were like rocks! I’m so disappointed! The burgers were disgusting as well. I’m so mad because normally I love you!

This Wawa needs to be restaffed with people who are serve safe certified or shut it down because I’m tired of coming to this one (Brookhaven) and being disappointed. How someone take my smoothie right in front of you and all you can say is sorry. You knew it wasn’t paid for yet but still let the person take it without a receipt. If the shoe was on the other foot, you would have had a fit. Shut it down or restaff for all of your customers sake.
