Usually nice employees and are willing to help however they can, but very disappointed recently with the new employees. Soda dispenser is wide open and no one working on it for the whole time I was there and the only thing out of stock was coke zero by looking at the menu screen but asked employee if I could get the fountain soda I specifically came there for and the rude answer of not now. Not in a few minutes etc just no. How rude . I should’ve just shut the door myself and hit the exit button on the screen since obviously customer satisfaction isn’t a priority

I purchased a tuna club sandwich and they OVER LOADED the sandwich with spreads(condiments) which was only spicy mustard , chipotle sauce. I ordered on the club sandwich. A Wawa “hoagie” is basically a fast sandwich. You don’t talk about it later. It removes your hunger. But not tonight. Tonight the woman working around 1020pm murdered this thing. I don’t think she knows she works at Wawa and imagines herself the artist at some sandwich shoppe charging way too much for the most delicious creations. She needs more money. From the quality to the experience with the employees, I love this Wawa so much. My app had an issue and I was going to lose 1800 points and all the employees were very polite and helpful and they helped me get the 1800 points worth of food I was getting (a pepperoni pizza) and I really could go on and on about this location. Nine out of 10 times when I go there they do not have what I’m looking for when I ask an employee they usually shrug their shoulder and walk away. Sometimes you get food that is burnt or not even what you ordered especially if you’re allergic to some stuff that you did not put on your order, and they still placed it on there not to mention, the bathrooms are always dirty. The store is old and outdated.
