genuinely terrible. me and my family all ordered hoagies and sandwiches and they got nearly everything wrong. we also picked up a sweet cream cheese pretzel and when i took a bite i found out it was an incorrectly packaged jalapeño cream cheese one, which was terrible for my baby brother who picked it out. i’ve never had a good experience here. go literally anywhere else but.

The pepperoni face girl in the Drinks will never do anything correctly. I hate that this is the only wawa on my way to work or I would never stop there. Apparently no one there can read. I’ve only gotten my drinks made correct once. Im live in philadelphia and those stores run better… that’s saying something. Good day.

New coffee machines = gross coffee.
This is a nice Wawa overall — clean, well-stocked, and the staff is friendly. However, my main issue is with the new coffee machines. The coffee comes out way too hot, to the point where it’s undrinkable right after pouring. I’ve seen other customers adding ice just to cool it down enough to drink, which really shouldn’t be necessary.
On top of that, the coffee itself tastes weak and watered down. This is the third time I’ve gotten coffee here recently, and unfortunately, it’s been the same disappointing experience each time. I hope Wawa reconsiders these new machines or makes some adjustments, because the quality just isn’t what it used to be.

Yesterday morning, I stopped in to grab something real quick and the old lady got the long white hair said to me, “come on hurry up!” There were other people in line and I didn’t even know it was my turn. She was extremely rude and that’s the last time I go to that Wawa! I actually don’t think the food is the worst and the atmosphere is pretty good, but I’ve heard people before I say that that woman was extremely rude and I’ve always said, “ She’s never rude to me.” Well yesterday she turned my good mood into a very bad mood and I’ll stop in Richboro,, for now on because of her! Someone take her aside please and let her know that she’s not splitting Adams. She’s ringing people up most of the time to be truthful she’s not even paying attention. You have to stand here like an idiot and wait until she gives you her attention. Maybe she’ll be better off not working with the public because I was very close to cursing right in her face! But I didn’t because I was raised better than that. So she is the reason why I will never guess that while ever again! She’s so important for me I guess because I’m only going out to work in the elements for the day and the one day she decided that she was gonna pay attention. She was that rude! The job is too hard for her. I get treated better at the 7-11

I regularly come here out of convenience. And regularly my orders are incorrect. I get home or to work and open up my order to things made in a sloppy way or missing things.
Tonight’s order they ran out roast chicken. They said they could either replace it with chicken steak or give me a refund. I opted for the former. I get home to find that they didn’t put any chicken in there at all… so I paid $8 for a wrap with some pickles and cheese…

The employees will only make half of your mobile order and leave your waiting for over 10 minutes just to tell you that they’re out of something. There’s this one girl that always seems to be there in the morning and is super rude and makes comments about customers under her breath.
