Ordered off of Uber eats and I want to say one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in a long time. There’s no pepperoni on the pizza and to be quite frank This is now the second time this week that there has been quality issues with the food last week being a completely burned sandwich.How are you gonna Send a pizza that looks like this out? i’m so tired of ordering online and receiving my order and it’s nothing i even ordered. I ordered a redbull winter edition and i got the coconut berry one. which whatever, that i’m not even bothered bc it could’ve been out of stock (just trying to be optimistic.). But i also ordered the bigger bag of flaming hot cheetos. but i got the smaller bag of the regular cheetos. I honestly wouldn’t be so upset if it wasn’t CONSISTENTLY happening. Yall seriously need to learn how to read, bc it’s happening more often than getting the actual order correct. If yall gonna up the prices online an extra dollar to get it delivered, least you could do is get the order correct. Sorry to act like a Karen, but sometimes these little late night snacks on extremely tough days are needed. It was a little bit frustrating when it wasn’t close to what i ordered.

One of the worst Wawas. They mess up orders more than not. Nick , the manager , shouldn’t be a manager. I was in the other night and own do their self check outs froze while I was using it. Apparently they know gift cards make that machine freeze and just didn’t post anything to warn customers. My gift card was still showing a balance it then disappeared. I paid for my order another way but asked the cashier to call him back over and he just said that my gift card shouldn’t have been affected . The cashier even agreed that she saw the balance on my gift card when she first came over to help me at the frozen machine then it disappeared. He said I can call customer service . I wasn’t even given a receipt , some sort of reference or something to let customer service know about the situation so I guess I’m just out of that money.

Dirty and the restrooms always smell like urine.. I wanted to out gas but had to go inside because the cashier put the amount if gas on the wrong pump. I just wanted to wash the bottom of my shoe and decide to leave after smelling an odor near the restroom. Very gross please clean up

Just went for a hot latte (not so hot when I drank from it.). Got one of those ready breakfast sandwiches also; a “Bacon Croissant” I didn’t check it cause I always get it at the county line Wawa & no issues – well this one when I got home it was a sausage egg & cheese sandwich. Which was clearly marked “bacon croissant” I don’t like sausage.

My girlfriend and i ordered from this wawa on sept. 16 2025. we used uber eats and the total of the order was $28.28. Well after waiting outside for over 45 mins (when the driver told us she was around the corner) because the uber eats driver was clueless and dropped the order off somewhere other than our house. We talked to the wawa and they told us we would have to speak to corporate and were nothing short of rude! When we spoke to Wawa corporate they barely could speak english. I spoke to 2 different reps, who both stated that they saw that someone made a decsion to not refund our $$$, and the decsion was final. I was super taken back by the poor service and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. The woman then asked me to hold and when she came back she said I’m sorry, all of the supervisors are on the other line, I’m sorry for your problems, have a good day. I said YO wait a sec, you were just going to hang up on me because all the supervisors were busy? She started saying the decsion is final no refund. I said so then you want me to go online and post about how your not giving any rational reasons as to why your keeping our money? With that the conversdation was over. I also, forgot to mention that we drove back to this same wawa because we were hungry and paid another $21 for the same order that was never delivered to us. In closing WAWA, you just lost 2 people’s business over $28.28, that was really stupid! I can tell you from start to finsih your service and your ignorance will lead to more people never coming back! BEWARE OF THE MAN BEHIND THE CURTAIN, HE MAKES ALL DECSIONS WITH YOUR MONEY IN WAWAS FAVOR AND HIS DECSION IS FINAL! WHAT A JOKE WAWA, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!

In short I was having issues with a gift card I purchased at this location. I talked to the store manager and he did not seem very interested in helping me resolve this issue which was very dissapointing. After asking him 3 times to help me and being told he couldn’t help me he proceeds to hang up on me. This branch will no longer be getting my buisness.
