GREAT EXPERIENCE. came around lunch hour (12pm) on a saturday and was pleasantly surprised by the quick service and the food portions was very nice as well. i ordered a chicken salad hoagie and it was overpacked with protein. definitely not car food but there was a very nice seating area, very clean to eat my meal in. bathrooms were super clean looking but was a slight line as there are only 2 stalls but it went by quick so it wasn’t too bad. overall will come back to this location as staff is friendly and cleanliness is great.

Food and staff are great!! Huge chicken sandwiches! Delicious! Garlic knots were great! The quesadilla was delicious and good portion. We ate inside the Wawa and the tables were pretty clean.

Mobile order. After 15 minutes of when order was due to be ready, I had to call to check the status. It came cold, no pepper as ordered and barely any cheese. What cheese was on sandwich was severely dried out. And no napkins in bag. Really?!!

Edit 8/25: Still getting my orders wrong. I order ahead because, again, driving 45 minutes away is a pain. Can’t wait until they build a Wawa closer. Reduced to one star
Edit 2/25: Still consistent wrong orders. I’ll be glad they’re building a Wawa closer this year because driving 45 minutes away to get Wawa and it still being wrong is infuriating. The last order I received (chicken wrap with cheese) had fresh-from-the-fridge cheese (not melted) so it was super off putting.
Original review: After living in NJ 30 of my 31 years, I’ve been spoiled with Wawas less than a mile away. Now that I moved to North East PA, this Wawa, 45 minutes away, is the closest one.
I’ll usually order ahead in the app to match when I should arrive via GPS. About 50% of the time, I’ll still be waiting on the order to be finished.
The orders are usually not correct either. Twice now I’ve ordered breakfast quesadillas with bacon and not received bacon or cream cheese on the inside. Once I can understand, multiple times there’s an issue in the prep area.
It’s a pretty typical Wawa interior, new Tesla superchargers are being built which should be nice, but please check your order before leaving.

sometimes you can go in and have a great experience and sometimes people can be incredibly rude, not do what you ask, then get frustrated with you for no reason. i asked if i could buy gas in a separate transaction then the food i bought and the woman at the counter with no name tag said ok then didn’t, my card declined twice on the transaction with everything together despite giving her cash first, she told me she would do two separate transactions and my card would decline again, but when she actually put it through the way i initially asked, my card magically didn’t decline.

Terrible customer service. Made an online order to find out the food I ordered wasnt even available. So I asked for a refund and was told I had to contact the app to cancel the order. Then I asked to change it for a gobbler bowl and I would pay the difference and they would only allow me to choose between a Mac and cheese and soup. So now not only did I waste time driving to them I now have to waste time to cancel the order. And all on my lunch break. Im done with this wawa never again. If you cant control orders because of an app you shouldn’t have a malfunctioning app like this in the first place.

The staff at nights do not know how to prepare food. I got a burrito and they were not able to fold in properly everything was leaking out . They seem like they don’t wanna work there . If you do not want to work in customer service I suggest you Wawa finds different employee who actually care about their customers .
