Placed an order for an Italian, with lettuce, tomato, sweet peppers, oil & vinegar on a classic roll. Got home opened it up no tomatoes, only lettuce on half of the bun and it was wilted and about a teaspoon amount. 1 slice of a sweet pepper

Conveniently located on Rt. 209 in Brodheadsville, Pa, it is extremely accessible with lots of parking. The store is always clean, well stocked, organized and has an excellent staff. Foods that are made fresh according to orders are always correct, and delicious. There has never been a bad experience at this location for me and my family. Another great perk about this Wawa … they’re always open! You can also pre-order on your cellphone via their Wawa app; and select “pre pay” or pay when you arrive. Although this location is very popular and always busy, if you decide to pre- order, .. it will always be on time and ready for pick up when you arrive.

Staff is slow and doesn’t care. Every order I’ve gotten from here has been wrong. Every single one. A cup of Mac n cheese takes about 20-30 minutes to receive because staff stands behind counter staring at the floor. Atmosphere is terrible, parking lot is borderline dangerous with how people drive, and if not that, the literal criminal behavior that takes place. Go anywhere else, this place is a mess.

914 in the morning and there’s no more scrambled eggs for their breakfast sandwiches. They won’t even cook anymore. Even though they serve breakfast until 11:00. It only takes 45 minutes to cook the eggs, and with a little foresight they could be ready to go when you run out at 9:00 in the morning. This constantly happens with this location, it’s poorly managed. You think you might be saving yourself the hassle of having extra eggs around 11:00 but instead you’re driving away customers like me who will only have those types of scrambled eggs on their breakfast sandwiches. It’s Sad that this is how my local Wawa is ran and I’m forced to deal with this. My job has me on the road a lot and no matter which Wawa I drive to in other towns, I can always get my scrambled eggs breakfast sandwich up too 11 am.

Unbelievable is all I have to say. I came in at approximately 1:39 PM we waited about five minutes for a hoagie. Plain Italian hoagie not to difficult. The service was fine everything was made in a timely manner I get the food, I come home I unpackage my food I take a bite into it only to discover there is a giant what seems to be cricket inside of my sandwich. I am completely disgusted with this business this is outrageous. Their produce must not be fresh because this is a bug that was embedded in the lettuce. How do you make a sandwich and not notice there are insects in your lettuce. That is really disgusting I am never coming back to this place, I was expecting a nice hoagie instead I find that I have just bit into the side of the sandwich the bug was in and I’m pretty sure I could’ve ate part of the bug because half its body is missing. With even looking at the photos of this bug how do you not notice that you have just picked that up with some lettuce and have put it in the sandwich, it is really hard to not notice that. This is how you can tell they hire people who are clueless and don’t know what they’re doing. it is not that difficult to keep your produce fresh and change it out every night.

I bought my house up here almost 5 years ago. I’m in this wawa atleast 4 to 5 days a week and I’ve never have had any problems with the service the food or the staff. Sometimes there’s alot of people yes but that’s normal. I think the employees do an excellent job, especially 2nd shift they are the ones I see the most of but I’ve seen morning nights as well and not one issue. I personally want to let you all know your doing a great job and it’s noticed and appreciated.
