Went in for a quick bite after work and it was a pretty decent experience overall. The place was clean enough and the line moved faster than I expected. I ordered a burger combo and the food came out hot, which I always appreciate at fast food spots. Fries were a little salty but still fine, and the burger tasted fresh, not like it had been sitting around. Staff was polite, not overly chatty but they did their job well. Prices felt fair for what you get. Not the best fast food ever, but solid and reliable when you’re hungry and in a hurry.

Staff at the counter were polite and got my order right the first time. It’s not gourmet food or anything, but for a fast food spot it does the job. I decided to grab a quick bite here yesterday and overall, it was a decent experience. The staff were friendly and seemed to move pretty fast, even during the lunch rush. I tried the cheeseburger combo, and it was hot and tasty, nothing fancy but solid for fast food. The fries were crispy and salted just right. The dining area was clean, though a bit crowded, which is expected around noon. Prices were reasonable, especially for a quick meal on the go. I’ve called this Wawa about twenty times over the course of two hours straight, and not ONCE did anyone pick up. Not once. That’s beyond ridiculous, it’s flat out embarrassing. How do you run an entire store and collectively decide the phone doesn’t exist? What’s the point of even having one if nobody ever answers it? You’d honestly have better luck talking to a brick wall, because at least that would be consistent. Zero response, zero effort, same energy. TWENTY. TIMES. Not once did anyone pick up. Truly inspiring levels of customer neglect, Wawa. This is customer service at its absolute worst. Do better, Wawa, or just unplug the phone since no one there seems to know how it works.

Terrible customer service. The general manager, Jessica is rude. She specifically told me she was going to report me to corporate?? All because of extra oatmilk in my coffee that I’ve been requesting over a year and a half. She specifically told me “well I’m the general manager and I’m telling you so…I’m not arguing with you over $.50..”I actually paid the $.50 and would have willing paid more but her attitude was appalling to me. I’m never stepping foot again and telling everyone not to. Even my husband went in two days ago and ordered a sandwich and now he’s suffering from food poisoning at this very moment. He said the meat was spoiled. I’m currently taking care of him now and this is really the only reason why I’m making this review because I’ve had enough with that location. They were doing well for a bit I would say 6 months ago but now, they are absolutely horrible. Do not go here. Seriously.

Normally I don’t go to this location as much or order from there but the one night that I’m exhausted from work, stressed and going through a lot, I decide to order through DoorDash. They send me a bowl that was literally not filled up at ALL.
I’ve worked for Wawa before so I know how it’s supposed to look and how it’s supposed to be made and it was so lazily done that I sent my friend to go there reorder a new one. I called the location and explained everything as professionally as I could. I work in customer service so I know how to talk.
One of the workers who made this order was so disrespectful because my friend explained why we were upset at what was received and she says “well she should have cooked at home then if she wasn’t happy”
Highly unprofessional. Never coming to this location again unless I absolutely have to and it won’t be for the food.
Like, look at the comparison from what they sent to after they fixed it and added “extra” for the inconvenience. Just crazy.

The manager Jessica had taken me on the second register she had seen me wishing and frustrated with the self check out she scanned my ticket it would not scan and when she told me I canceled my order by canceling it off the self checkout so I went back over re rang it in now I’ve been in the store over 15 minutes and I ask her if she could make my coffee for me please I have to go to work it was my fault I delayed it and she told me no I can wait till everyone else gets there’s and then she will make mine. They also had no ice in my coffee I asked for extra ice this place is falling apart the staff was laughing at me while I was making my coffee myself trying to fix it. Terrible service here.
