Normally I have a good experience, yesterday when I placed my online order I wasn’t expecting when I got home for the MAIN ingredient in my hoagie to be MISSING.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Wawa. I was falsely accused of stealing, even though I paid for every single item I had. Instead of taking the time to actually check the situation or review their cameras, the staff immediately jumped to conclusions and banned me from the store.
Being publicly accused like that was humiliating and completely unacceptable. I have been a paying customer, and to be treated like a criminal without proof is beyond disrespectful. There was no apology, no attempt to clarify — just an outright ban.
I understand businesses need to prevent theft, but falsely accusing honest customers and refusing to properly investigate is not the way to do it. I will not be returning, and I hope management takes this kind of situation more seriously in the future.

Just got gobbler bowl. The bread was buttered with at least a half of stick. Really
The bowl was much less then last year. Not even half a bowl! Mostly stuffing, hardly any cranberry sauce (asked for extra) maybe a large tablespoon. The turkey was not real turkey..so disappointed. Time to start going to sheetz.

10:56 am and every single coffee pot is empty, not one, not a few, every single one of them. This place was somewhat decent when it opened but in the last year it’s gone so far down hill it’s not even worth getting gas here anymore. Today will be the last time I stop in this disappointment of an inconvenience store.

I literally saw them making the French fries and not once. Not once! Did I see them smile. The fries were amazing, deliciously crisp, plentiful but please don’t lie.

Was great when it opened, now it’s gone downhill. Order in the app for curbside and they won’t bring it out – you have to go get it. Order in the app for pickup and they take it to the register and don’t call your name. The receipts don’t match the number in the app, so if they call a number, you might not know. When there’s an issue, you get “Go talk to that lady over there…”. That lady says “I don’t know why they’d send you to me? What do you want me to do about it?” Communication is poor, quality is bad.
