I’ve been coming to this wawa my whole life. And the quality has definitely gone down. This wawa is hit or miss if you frequent this wawa you know when you walk in if the food is gonna take forever or not. However, I don’t recall ever having an order that was missing an item or incomplete. Its been a little better as of late but the morning and early afternoon crew are fantastic and the employees are always nice. The night crew is where they are lacking.

I’ve gone to this Wawa my entire life, even worked here from 16 y.o.-18 y.o, but tonight my husband and I were a part of something even bigger at this particular Wawa. We got stranded in the snow storm because all ways home were blocked. We decided to park at this Wawa and attempt to walk home. We stopped inside the store to ask permission to keep our car there overnight and grab a couple coffees to help keep ourselves warm through the walk. Cameron, the manager on duty, was the one I approached about our situation. He graciously agreed to let us keep our car there, took my info in case any issue arrived, and made us laugh with a similar story of his own. We got our coffees and went to the register to pay where he offered to pay for them for us. He blew us away with his kindness. Cameron, thank you showing us compassion and kindness. We made it home! ❄️

I’m a hiller since the age of 16. But as of late, ordering food has been a nightmare. And tonight, they got my order wrong again. I’m not sure what is happening. But I did notice the food staff are busy and then you have two cashiers just talking in the front. I’m now considering driving farther just to make sure my order is made with care.

Went to Wawa on a late night with my son to pick up some snacks we go to Wawa all the time we buy our gas in Wawa. This is the second time that I come in here late at night to order food. How wrong are they? We ordered fries chili cheese fries two orders and they give me these dry crispy hard fries. How dare they? How wrong are they? I spent too much money here the other night I went and I got some chicken tenders and they were so old that half of the chicken tenders you couldn’t even bite into.

I’m a hiller , live a few block away so this wawa is convenient. Unfortunately I’m constantly having issues with my orders. If there is a certain time frame for food then the app should say that, my order was failed and another time they didn’t have all the ingredients for my bowl… why make it then not knowing if I would still want it….? Also orders not being made on time. My husband places orders for me around 2am while he’s at work for it to be ready in the morning when I go to work… and I’m usually standing there waiting for 5-10min past the timeframe. Just let downs after let downs from this wawa.

I ordered my drinks like I do at any Wawa. Well we just got our food and first thing I noticed from looking through the door was my drink was missing. So I called and no one picked up either my drink was forgotten or their driver took it. Glad to know that they either didn’t check the reciepts or the driver got a free drink. Also the sticker on the bag is torn a bit which shows me that someone has had their hand in my bag. Instead of a sticker there should have been three to make sure no one could stick their hands in

The rolls were so stale and hard that when I bit into the end, the entire amount of tuna squirted out the back and fell on the floor. Had it not been takeout I would have asked for my money back.
