Let me start by saying I really do like this gas station for the gas portion. They usually have some of the lowest prices per gallon in the area. The employees are also nice and I’ve never had an issue with them. It’s the food and drink orders where the issues start. I can think of 4 times I have ordered from here since it opened, and 3 of the 4 times my orders have been messed up. The first was I got a refresher drink and it was the complete wrong drink based on the appearance/color which I noticed in store and let them know, and they made me the correct drink and let me have both. Another time I ordered a breakfast panini and they forgot to put the eggs on it which I noticed after I left and went to eat it. Finally, tonight I ordered a speciality lemonade and a panini, got home to eat it, and the panini was missing the cheese! What I don’t understand is the labels they put on the food and drinks say exactly how they’re to be made and break down the ingredients! If they can get their kitchen in order it would be better!

I only stopped for gas didn’t ⛽️ go in the prices is great I get gas each time I pass .I have been in Wawa before the bathrooms are great and clean and the coffee is good plus 5 stars for being the only coffee gas station place that has light cream for their coffee I love just light cream. They do have other choices for the coffee as well.

In honesty, I’m a big fan of the Wawa, but this Wawa is lacking I’m not sure if they’re constantly hiring or something, but the lack of consistency is unnerving. Every time I order the same type of coffee or frozen drink It doesn’t taste the same. I’ll admit there are some good days when I know it’s well made, but most of the time it’s just a lot of inconsistency. Some of the staff are great though

Worst Wawa I’ve been to in years!! Half the coffee jugs were empty, they had 9 customers standing, waiting on food to be made,pre-made breakfast sandwiches were sparce. It’s clearly a management issue that they only have 2 people working on a busy Saturday morning. Either management needs to schedule more people, or hire a new manager who understands tha weekends are a busy time. Maybe the manager should be working if the can’t get anyone in! Do your job manager!!!!

Their gas pumps don’t work well. The two spots to let it fill itself they wouldn’t stay had to keep getting out if my car and even when I held the handle to pump gas myself it kept stopping so I only got a half tank. Won’t be back…

family of 4 ordered and each was wrong/had issues. Quesadilla was all to one side, other side empty. Caramelized onions are terrible. Missing a side of peppers. For $50? They need to slow it down.

CrossFit Hanover
CrossFit Hanover was the new Wawa location’s first catering order! I went in 2 weeks prior to my event and asked what the procedures were to place a catering order and what that looked like. I spoke with a manager who told me to order my items through the catering app 3+ days prior to my event – everything on the app was clearly marked and laid out and the ordering process was very simple!
I dropped in about 90min before my scheduled pickup time to ask if I could add another box of coffee to my order and the Food and Beverage Manager Jessica said “No problem at all!” I was impressed that I didn’t receive a frazzled response as she was buzzing around the store doing [what seemed like] 7 different things – she was happy to meet my needs.
I arrived a little later to pick up my items – everything was packed up and ready – heated items came in heat-safe zipper bags to keep items warm and all the smaller items were put in a large bag so I didn’t have to make 7 trips out to my car. They were very friendly, very helpful, very accommodating. Jessica was *awesome* to work with.
The pastries were individually wrapped and while they looked like something you’d just grab off the shelf in the store, they tasted freshly baked. They were HUGE too, which made my event attendees happy. The hot items – breakfast burritos, egg bites.. all were hot and fresh tasting. The coffee was great too.
Great experience all around. Pricing was very fair for what I got. I recommend Wawa catering without reservation.

I don’t usually leave reviews for brand new businesses, as I expect long wait times, items out of stock, chaos, etc. However, I went in this evening around 8:30pm and despite being busy and dealing with the chaos that comes with running shift, the supervisor ( Ty I believe) was extremely friendly. Even with him bouncing from station to station helping his employees, he still managed to greet his customers and keep a positive attitude. I felt it was worth leaving a good review for that experience alone!
