I was really hungry 6:00 PM I haven’t eaten anything during the whole day since yesterday I went to this Wawa in North Brunswick and I asked for the fries and wings chicken and I really didn’t want to finish it .
Those French fries were honestly at least from this morning the freshness of the food was awful horrible nasty it’s a shame I promise never again spend a dollar in that store.

I went in, and it wasn’t busy. I ordered my drink and went to pay. I waited for my drink for 5 minutes and saw no one making it. I went to go get a lottery ticket and came back, and still no one was making my drink. When I asked if anyone was making drinks, I got a rude reply from the girl making sandwiches, so I waited some more, I was trying to be nice. I saw she was busy. And at this point, it had ben 12 minutes for one drink, I went to ask for a refund because the girl was rude and no one knew how to do a refund. I waited for 10 more minutes just to get a refund, and she was talking shit about me because I got tired of waiting. So I don’t recommend wasting your time or money here.

Amazing costumer service during the day! But what is going on at night? The lady at the cashier is always on her phone! pretty much ignoring the costumer and the person who makes the sandwich and drinks can’t multitask. Honestly it’s horrible! The manager on duty, Andre is standing around congregating, while my pick up order has been sitting there for almost half an hour. If you have new employees, keep an eye on them. However, if you’re unapologetic about the entire experience, that’s a shame on you and your name Andre I’ve never had a bad experience in my life in this store. Please help train the management and any new support staff to keep their eye on pick up orders, please. Don’t fire them. Retrain them!
