I feel compelled to leave this review on a specific employee at this location. Her name is Alyssa. I cannot describe how much joy it brings me to see her working there because I know she ALWAYS makes a great drink. There have been times, especially now where a lot of people have been either not putting enough caramel or it tastes like the latte machine hasn’t been cleaned and it makes the drink bitter. I usually would have to request people to add caramel just to get the flavor but when I saw that she was working today, I took a leap of faith and let her do her thing and wow! My latte just put me in a really good mood today. It was just right! It was smooth and just the right amount of everything. Thank god I bought two because I knew I was going to drink one real fast. It never fails when she makes it. Plus, she seems very friendly, always interacting with customers while working. Today the store was busy and my drinks were done before my sandwich, so I decided to take a sip while waiting and it was so good I had to walk up to her to tell her. Please give Alyssa the recognition she deserves, just don’t take her away from the store because I love her ice lattes 🙂
Also, there’s a few other people that make decent lattes and it’s usually in the morning like the two Filipino people in the morning. The nighttime crew is where I usually would have to ask or it’s ehh.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich and they gave me chopped steak? Or taco meat? Whoever is back there overnight is stupid. Waste of like 10$, definitely not coming back.

I’m not one to complain but i waited 20 minutes for a bagel melt. Girl told me 5 minutes at 3:40 i paid at 3:43 and did not get my food until 4pm. There was NO ONE ELSE who ordered food for a good 10 minutes. One lady came after me and ordered a tuna wrap and she also waited 10 minutes. I left with my food and she was still waiting. NO ONE ELSE HAD ORDERED FOOD. All kids were in back doing probably nothing. I understand if there is many orders but i was the ONLY ONE FOR 10 minutes!!! Nice location that is always busy. The coffee is good and the station is well stocked. Cold drinks are also on tap. Breakfast sandwiches are priced right and are good. The tesla chargers in back are an added bonus, if you need them.

This is my local wawa that I’ve gone to for years, probably the past decade since I was in highschool. Never had a bad experience until today. The cashier made me feel so terrible and was so condescending and rude tonight. No one has ever made me feel that way in any checkout ANYWHERE. I wish I got her name so I could submit it too. I’ve never written bad reviews on google before but after this experience, this will be my first . Train your employees to give better customer service.

Just like any other Wawa , the coffee here is fresh and tastes good . There was a queue in sandwich shop. I was able to order salad and it was ok . Salad was fresh and veggies , but tasted ok . Other stuff is generally expensive here . Gas is a little expensive too. They have Tesla charging stations …

Not the first time ive come here when I try to do curbside pickup, the employees aren’t bringing out for a while so I have to head in to see 8 employees talking instead of one of them running the drink out. Ill stick to my regular wawa because this one is the only one ive had this issue with on 6 separate occasions at this point.

Food is hit or miss. Meat in pre packed food always looks questionable. Staff is for the most part very nice . Parking lot is the worst. For their volume it’s a terrible layout. Horrible spot for charging stations in an already busy lot. You have to park anywhere you can. Very annoying to deal with
