This is the third or fourth time I’ve gotten a wrong order from this Wawa. I come on a short lunch just to get back to the office. Why the heck would I get a turkey club sandwich with ham. I can’t eat ham. These people suck at their jobs. Thanks for my chips for lunch. 18$ for this

Wawa is usually my go-to spot, and thanks to my job, I get to visit multiple locations regularly. Across the board, I’ve had consistently positive experiences—until today.
I stopped at Wawa #365 in New Jersey and grabbed a fountain soda, paying at the self-checkout. When I realized I needed a straw, I asked a barista, who reluctantly handed one over and told me I should’ve asked the cashier. I explained I had already paid, but his response was unnecessarily rude and dismissive.
To make matters worse, the restroom was in unacceptable condition—completely dirty and clearly neglected.
This location needs more oversight and attention from management to meet the standards Wawa is known for.

Nice convince store, ideal for a quick grab & go. I liked the hot food counter and ordered two hoagies, which were on a $6 special. It was pretty big at 10 inches long, with tonnes of meat and veggies. They made it just the way I like, which is toasted (customizable). There are multiple iPad-like kiosks, that let you customize the hoagie and place full order. It is pretty user-friendly, and I think lets the customer look at options when ordering very clearly. No pressure to order quickly like when ordering with the cashier. The store has coffee, lots of snack options, drinks in the fridge, and also ice. Also, they had an ice cream shelf in the fridge. The only thing not here was the gas station outside, which is typical for Wawa. Anyway, happy to stop by.

Buyer beware! Price gouging hardworking people for the profits of their pocket shame on Wawa! Prices are out of control at every Wawa! Just for one example the prices of cocoa have decreased globally and they’re still gouging increasing prices on candies and chocolates for no reason besides corporate greed! Damn shame on this business they are no longer for the people!

Stopped in to grab lunch this afternoon. This was my first time at WaWa, and I had no idea of what to order. This location had a kiosk to help you with your order so that was helpful.
I had the chicken steak, on a toasted ciabatta bread, with hot peppers, lettuce, onions, caramelized onions, swiss cheese, pickles, and tomatoes. This sandwich was so delicious!
The service was quick, and I was pleased with my order.

For over a week, I have informed management at this location that there is hand sanitizer, not soap, in the dispensers in the men’s room. And it has not been changed. Which means that any employee that uses that rest room is not washing their hands properly, according to health code. And then going to serve food. This is completely unacceptable and the number one way food borne illness is spread. Management here should be utterly ashamed of themselves. If they can’t take hand washing seriously, I can only imagine what the rest of store is like.

Very busy, and sometimes they don’t acknowledge the customers. Overall, it was a nice experience. They run out of certain bread.

I am a vegetarian and went to this place for the first time. I placed a takeout order for a panini with chipotle cheese, buffalo sauce, and veggies. However, when I got home, I discovered it had ham in it. When I called, they were very unresponsive, and the manager did not come on the line, even after waiting for 15 minutes. They provided excuses that seemed trivial.
Disgusting
It’s indeed frustrating when people working irresponsibly include unordered items, especially for those with specific dietary preferences.
It’s advisable to request prompt action from both the employee and manager to address the issue as soon as possible.

This is a decent Wawa. I pass 2 other Wawa’s to get to this one when I’m at work. The gas lines aren’t as crowded and the price tends to be a penny or two per gallon less than the other stores I pass.
Inside is the standard setup. I’m not a fan of it but that’s what they’ve gone to in every store. This particular one is clean and the staff is friendly tho the checkout tends to be a bit slow.
If you’ve been to one Wawa, you’ve been to all of them. The coffee isn’t all that hot, but that’s everywhere anymore. The deli is decent. Excellent variety of other snacks. I also noticed they sell propane now out of a machine. Not sure if that’s everywhere but it’s worth noting.
So stop by, save a couple cents per gallon on gas, grab a coffee and donut, and feel good about yourself. You deserve it.
