I’ve been here so many times and it’s always a little hard to get food in a timely manner mostly because they are busy.
I really enjoy coming now because Kayla is so friendly, She always is in such a good mood and greets me with a big smile! She has a way of making me feel good when I see her…. and she makes my order so fast. Really an awesome experience now. My favorite WaWa for sure!!

Usually this Wawa is fine but me and my wife just went. Our Hot Chocolate drinks were not hot at all. The chicken from my wife’s sandwich was outside of the sandwich when she unwrapped it.

I stopped by for lunch and ordered a sandwich. As it was cooking, I asked if it could not be cut. Sheri told me it was already cut, and immediately offered to remake it. I told her it was fine, and she asked me again to be extra sure. As she handed me my sandwich, she told me how I can use the tablet to do a special order request. She handed me my food with a smile and had a fantastic attitude. I am a very positive person, and positivity makes me very happy. There’s no way anybody could feel bad leaving this Wawa

There’s this cashier older woman smokers voice that works here and is extremely rude every time I come in but today was the last straw. I won’t be coming to this Wawa anymore after today. I just wanted my coffee and the lady at the register starts yelling at me cursing me off and giving me the finger as she has a line of customers laughing because I asked her to put my phone number in and she yells stating she doesn’t do that here it’s Wawa we don’t do that. So I went to the self check out so I can put my number/scan my app to get points as she’s proceeding to yell at me. She’s extremely confrontational every time I enter this store she’s yelling or arguing with someone being loud and rude. She’s was going ballistic still as I left the store giving me the finger as I walk to me car through the window again with a line of customers. I called the manager he was very nice and he explained that he’s had many complaints about her. Other than this lady who needs to be fired, it’s a great store , clean, great friendly staff otherwise. Get rid of her!

This WAWA has to be among the worst maintained coffee bars of all the WAWAs we go to. We are loyal WAWA customers and were dismayed on a quiet Sunday afternoon with no one in the store to find the coffee counters filthy and every beverage container we reached for was dirty and sticky. Super disappointing to have stopped here instead of going home to our Brick store which is SO much cleaner. .

I’ve been living next to this Wawa for seven years and probably walked in here over 2000 times the lady cashier that they have right now is very nasty and needs to work on her communication skills/customer service. Extremely rude if you’re not happy at working at Wawa that’s not my problem. I’ve had plenty of jobs that I didn’t like but had to deal with it and put a smile on my face.

Whoever makes the salads in the afternoon shift is amazing.. they arrange everything nicely in the bowl and give a great portion. I stop here for lunch pretty regularly and everything is always out to me quick (using the app to pre order).
I will say the matcha can be dicey sometimes. I’ve gotten it before by someone who truly took the time to mix everything well and did a great job, but today I don’t believe the machine was wiped or something when mine was made. It’s extremely muddy and brown and tastes like coffee in a bad way. This is the first time this has happened , so I guess it’s a fluke, but it’s kinda gross.
