I absolutely love Wawa. I’ve been going here for years and I get my gas here all the time. The gas is clean and not overpriced. They sell good food with a wide selection for just about anybody. And yeah, I use my reward points all the time to get free stuff whenever I have enough points. I absolutely love Wawa and highly, highly recommend using them and signing up for the reward points so you can get free stuff after a while.

2nd time had sloppy sandwich from this location, my wife’s sandwich did not have lettuce and tomato on it as she ordered. This use to be a good location for food. Picked up a hot sandwich this past Saturday that was not hot. Very disappointing

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch mashed potato bowl and added Carmelized onions to it and a sour cream packet. They gave me a bowl with only chicken and mashed potatoes in it and no sour cream packet. I don’t know why they did that but thanks I guess?

This is my main go-to Wawa because of how it’s located between town and my house. I have gotten gas and food here for years and haven’t really had any issues. The one thing is during peak hours, it can get really busy. If the parking lot is mostly full, you’ll be in for a wait. I mainly now order through the app and pick it up. Off peak hours and there’s usually no delay and I haven’t had issues with my food.
Getting gas is easy enough and I haven’t run into anyone rude. I’ve had more friendly people than I would expect, but usually only see them once or twice. There’s no air pump here, so don’t expect one, which is odd, but not a big deal. This Wawa is right next door to my favorite deli, so that’s also handy.
The bathroom when I’ve gone was not the best, but not the worst, either. I’ve had to use worse ones.
I also haven’t run into attitudes from the staff, but given the area, don’t doubt others may have. I don’t know what the turnover rate is, but that may have something to do with it.

This wawa has to be one of the worst wawas around. They always run out of everything. Today they ran out of chicken cheesesteak meat by 3pm. The other time they ran out of grilled chicken for a fajita quesadilla. The other time they literally ran out of cheese for their pizza! Like come on do better on your supply ordering! Don’t even get me started on how they don’t even make the orders right. Everytime I come here there is an issue. Corporate needs to be contacted. Not to mention the order is not done and there is four of you working behind the counter and no line. No excuses!!

It was around nine at night and I was craving a burger so I go to Wawa and I noticed a manager was training new hires for food orders and all seems fine and they were very friendly and from my side from what it looked like they were doing well, making the orders. I waited patiently to receive my food and they were very friendly, I go home and then I check my order and they got my order wrong. I’m not too upset. I still ate the food. Good customer service. It’s just that I wish the manager was supervising all of the new hires when assembling the orders to make sure that they got the order correct. I ordered a burger with pickles and hot peppers. The only thing on the burger, shredded lettuce, onions, and cucumbers.

The food has definitely gotten better. But oh man , the service has changed DRASTICALLY!!!! Emphasis on DRASTICALLY!!! I could order just 1 or 2 things , and I’ll be waiting in line for about 30-40 minutes, it’s actually insane. The service neeeevvveerrr used to be this bad, they must’ve laid off some of their most reliable workers. Please fix this problem Wawa!!! Because this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Spanish lady at the register always gives me an attitude, today she said something very quickly to me I didn’t even know she was talking to me, because she was doing other things behind the register. I over heard the other lady say “we are only taking cash right now” so when the lady got back to the register I said “oh you’re only taking cash right now?” She said “yes I just told you that and you said you know already”… that was completely uncalled for because I absolutely DID NOT say “I know already” so the fact she tried to lie and say I said something I didn’t is ridiculous. I did not hear what she said because she wasn’t even at the register when I walked up, she was putting stuff away. How am I supposed to hear her say something when she is not even near me or even facing me. This isn’t my first bad experience with this woman but today I am leaving a review. I don’t know what her motive was but I really don’t appreciate people saying I said or did something when I did not. She was in the wrong, and she handled the completely wrong way.
