Girl in the deli wouldn’t complete the door dash order I was supposed to pick up. Told me I had to wait for the cashier who had a long line. While she was in the deli doing nothing no orders putting away bread. Wawa needs to realize door dash orders are already paid for and the person picking it up should get the same promptness as if I was shopping

Im from Ocean City and WAWA is a must when in Jersey but this locations sandwiches were dry and tasted like bologna. They had about 5 females in the back of the deli. SMH, do better with the hoagie.

If I could honestly give them a negative one or a -10 I would but I can’t…. there a customer service sucks this has been now the third time I have been in the store and had an issue… Today they gave away the sandwich that was not purchased yet because when I went to purchase a sandwich it was gone then harass me to go get my boyfriend’s to make sure he wasn’t the one that stole the sandwich when we came back in the store it was a big to do I had five different staff members all yelling at once they refused to give refund of sandwich after waiting 20 minutes… An accused of stealing the sandwich that I paid for.., very racist against Caucasian people!!!!! They really need to rehire new respectable staff members cuz customers are always right

Terrible customer service.
I place my mobile order through the app number #192 on the parking lot which told me it was going to be ready in 15 minutes.
I walked in and I was standing right below the sign that reads mobile order pickup and then I was trying to talk to the black lady making the sandwiches but she would just ignore me in multiple occasions. And finally another lady showed up at the food counter and she told me that they took the mobile order to the cashiers
Miscommunication and a waste of time.
I can understand that people can be busy at work; however, ignoring people on purpose is a huge attitude issue and people such as this individual this shouldn’t offer their service in customer/food preparation

Why can’t I get itemized final receipts? I need what was ordered, when, and total paid for my work. The total paid is not on receipt from chasier counter. Odd that date and time is on self order slip only and cashies receipts don’t list any information except order # and “Paid” on it.
My Hoggie was up to standard as the other Wawa’s in South Jersey Region. Note; If the people who worked in this store were more pleasant maybe I’d stop here more instead of going in other direction to EHT or Absecon stores. Then again this store is in Pleasantville where the only thing pleasant about it Pleasantville is leaving.

I saw a manager yelling at one of the gas attendants in front of the whole deli counter, to do a task that shouldn’t be assigned to a gas attendant. And even more so, she shouldn’t be reprimanding an employee out in public for all to hear she should have taken him aside and into the office. And she shouldn’t be yelling at employee like that.
Please watch who you put in management.
