My name is Robin i just wanted to start by saying I am a single mother and it was one of those days I had to dig in my piggy bank i had 8 $2 bills and 12 gold dollar coins i ask the gas attendant for $10 in gas and the other 10 in cash meaning a bill! Somehow it’s a misunderstanding and he wants to give me $20 in gas so I pulled the gas tube out because it was going over the amount I’m not tryna get over on anyone when I never asked for $20 in gas . Manager is called and she’s annoyed saying she would “assume”that I wanted 20 in gas but I never asked them for that then she says if I wanted to exchange money I needed to go to a bank being very facetious the lack of respect and customer service here extremely disappointing at that she said she was the “GM” flabbergasted!! She added fuel to a situation that could have easly been extinguished if she’d been professional in her role as General Manager by simply saying “ I can see there was a miscommunication and I can also see that you pulled the gas tube out here showing us your true intentions thank you however we only exchange money inside for future reference!” As I write this the feelings of belittlement comes over me and I feel Im owed an apology and the “GM”needs a refresher course on Custer service!!

About 5 months ago, yes in 2025 my app stopped working, still not allowing me to log in and it was suggested by multiple employees, even at different locations, to call customer services instead of emailing which i did many times but no response. i spoke to several representatives which only promised that the issue will be elevated to someone who would give me a call back. “Guess what?, 5 months later very unhappily still waiting because there is no real concern and i know without a doubt my family an i have spent thousands at this business. they should be ashamed!!!!

Went to this Wawa as I needed gas from shopping at ShopRite across the street. After entering the store it is traditional set up. And this one is also open 24 hours. Has a lot of gas pumps so there’s no wait. The staff inside wasn’t very friendly, the employees gave me a hard time when using a manufacturing coupon. But it was very clean well kept, and plenty of parking spaces since there is a lot of traffic in and out of this Wawa. Good for food quick on-the-go or any odds-and-ends you may need.

I have been getting my gas at Wawa Gas Stations for a very long time, and folks working there including some young kids are very enthusiastic to help. They are usually very prompt to attend and always offer a receipt if one needs the same. They all have windshield service/cleaning centers with squeegees and cleaning solutions mixed for customers to be able to use.

Rich and Tracy have helped me carry things. Rich offers tiny bites of new food. After you taste it, you are more readily to order it. You can call and they answer phone. They have a cashier named Robby and he is excellent. Rich, Robby and Tracey make you want to go in. They are pleasant, do a great job w yr food, can answer any questions. When I couldn’t cook because I was sick, they were EXTRA caring and helpful.
