Can say I could give it five stars because I come here every night because I go to the beach and I get an ice latte I get it with whipped cream xtra ice because it’s hot before it turns cold and I get a flat lid because the dome lid falls off easily and I told the girl before she even finished making my drink I wanted xtra ice and a flat lid she ask me if I still wanted whipped cream I said yea she finished my drink and gave me a dome lid I told her I said I wanted a flat lid she was like with whipped cream I said yea I get it four times a day with whipped cream and a flat lid extra ice I said it’s fine then when I was leaving she was saying something smart but I couldn’t hear what she said but it’s ok I wasn’t going to say anything back even if I did hear the smart thing she said because it’s just not worth it but I know not to come there and get a drink anymore considering they don’t make it the way u ask way before they even finish it but it’s ok

We ordered DayQuil and cough drops, expecting exactly that… but when our bag arrived, it also included two packets of honey and a handwritten note that said, “Hope you feel better soon!!”
That tiny act of kindness completely made our night. It was thoughtful, unexpected, and honestly just the sweetest thing after a long travel week.
Thank you for reminding us that customer service isn’t dead — it’s alive, well, and apparently working the late shift at Wawa. We’ll never forget this ❤️

This Wawa is great! It’s very clean and well stocked! Most importantly though, the staff is fantastic. Owen and Valentine made ordering food and drinks and checking out easy and honestly fun. They were great with my family! Just a nice atmosphere with friendly staff. Everyone was great

Waited 20 min at 10:40am on a Wednesday for 2 bfast sandwiches and a bfast burrito. While waiting, a guy received his order and said “Im still waiting on 3 more” politely. One staff was rude and snapping on another employee refilling condiments. The other ladies behind counter frantically scurried making sandwiches that never appeared at the pick up — I guess they were online orders. However, at this point there were about 20 people waiting for their food. The guy still waiting on his 4 sandwich order ahead of me is given 2 sandwiches and showed his receipt for 1 more outstanding. They scurried around some more before saying it must have been stolen.
It wasnt. We had all been standing there. But they made him another.
Shortly after, I received my order for sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a bacon egg cheese and biscuit + 1 burrito.
I walked out and checked order. I had the biscuits and the bfast meat… but no egg or cheese.
I cut my losses on a waste of 15 bucks. I won’t go back for food.
But their coffee is great and the place is clean, so there is that.

The worst Wawa in Cape May county. The manager’s so worked up on what little kids were saying about her, when she should show some respect to her customers and do her job right. Nasty, rude manager. Dirty bathrooms, never have anything working. Cappuccino and ice coffee machines are always out or broken. Coffee Island is a stinky, dirty mess. Lot and lobby have trash everywhere. Food takes forever to be made when it’s not even busy. Workers are just playing around in the back. Orders are never right. They either miss half the stuff you order, or they add a sauce you never asked for. I’m never ever coming back here, and I’m definitely going to get in touch with higher up because this is a horrible business.

I was just in Wawa with my girlfriend and I had her cash in my pocket. We went to check out and she got a blunt (we are both 21) and I got the lady a 20 from my girlfriend’s cash. Well before we left we heard her getting lectured about how I gave her the money and she didn’t ID me. She was so so sweet and I feel really bad for her, and he definitely should’ve taken her to the back to talk about it. Poor sweet women:(

Overall, I like this Wawa, especially the speed of checkout and the skill and friendliness of the cashiers. During the summer rush there are times when your food order can take awhile and it gets a little bit nuts getting into and out of the parking lot.
