Ordered gobbles salt pepper orgenino none were there i barely had any turkey. My wife was looking forward to the perogi queso there were no perogis but onions when she didnt order them and there was mashed potatoes in one of them. No wounder why wawa is closing stores I cant wait for them to go out of business and royal farms can finally take their rightful place

I stopped by the Brigantine Wawa and ordered a Strawberry Dragonfruit Fruit Refresher with Cold Foam along with a Stuffed Pretzel with Sweet Cream Cheese, and everything was spot on. Both items were fresh — even the stuffed pretzel, which was warm and clearly hadn’t been sitting around too long.
Service was quick, friendly, and accurate, which is honestly what keeps me coming back to this location multiple times a week. Even though I didn’t see them during this visit, I have to give a shoutout to Andrea and Vincent — my early morning Wawa runs before work are always better when they’re there. They’re consistently welcoming and make the experience enjoyable.
The store itself is clean with a friendly atmosphere, though it’s worth noting that this isn’t a full-service Wawa. There are no public restrooms, seating areas, or gas pumps, and the beverage selection can be a bit limited compared to other locations. The new cashier there is rude and clearly needs more training. We asked her to help us with an order on the screen. Her exact words were “ I don’t know how to do that!” Then my daughter asked her how old do you have to be to apply for Wawa and she gave my daughter false information. The manager was very helpful and fully explained to my daughter how to apply. The previous cashier was a delightful and helpful person we need her back!!!

They built different here lol there was not a long wait for the late night bite. Not such spacious Wawa like the others but it definitely gets the job done. I recommend the breaded chicken wrap. They cut the wrap and sandwich here unlike the other spots that refuse to unless you request it

This is usually a good Wawa but the older blonde women working the registers this morning at 4 was incredibly rude to me. She was upset that I used the register while she was preparing food which is fair enough but I didn’t know she was alone. If she simply asked me to use self checkout as she was busy I would have happily done so. Got upset with me for not having my cash ready when I had it in my hand giving it to her and she turned away while chastising me for it because “I can’t make this guys sandwich and wait on you” I was very confused as I literally tried to hand her the money and confusedly said “oh” while she stared at me. Won’t be coming back here during these hours anymore. Also charged me for a bag I did not receive.
I’m not asking the staff to be excited but at least not mean for no reason when I’m just patiently waiting without a complaint or word.

I recently visited the Wawa in Brigantine NJ and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, making my visit extremely unpleasant. They seemed to have no interest in providing good customer service,.
Unlike most Wawa locations, this one did not have a public restroom. This was a huge inconvenience, and made my visit even more unpleasant. I was shocked that a convenience store chain as large as Wawa would neglect to provide such a basic amenity for their customers.
I would not recommend visiting the Wawa in Brigantine NJ. The rude staff and lack of public restroom make for an unpleasant experience, and there are plenty of other convenience stores in the area that offer better customer service and amenities.

Wawa on Harbor beach Blvd 4/28/23 1:30am went in to grab something to drink and eat . There was not one at register and when I ask the one girl ( white ) for help she said self check out was right there . I was trying to get some things from behind the counter too , what I was gonna buy I just left there . Rude , not professional and terrible customer service.
