I go to this wawa everyday and I never had a problem in here. The employees and managers are great but one who stands out is Kellie. She brings a warm and comfort energy to her customers rather she’s working morning or overnight. I hope every wawa has a Kellie that works there. Get well Hasan! My young one went in and mistakenly ordered the wrong sandwiches this morning. She has her own allowance debit card and used it to make the purchase. We were heading to check in on a friend who had a house fire this morning and were taking her breakfast and hot cocoa. I soon realized that the sandwiches had pork bacon on them and knew I had to take it back. I was about 35 minutes away. On our way back, about an hour later, we are told it can’t be refunded because there is a $20 limit on refunds. No worries. I just wanted the sandwiches replaced. The supervisor, Trisha, takes them back and after hearing lamenting about what someone hates about customers, comes back a bit later with new boxes. I took them thanked her and left. I live less than 5 minutes away. I got home and the only thing warm about my sandwiches was the turkey sausage. And not all of them were even warm. The eggs were cold and the cheese was stiff. But according to Trish she made them herself and I could come to the store a third time for the day for ‘new’ sandwiches. However, she said she was sure I was given new sandwiches because she made them. I’m not sure how the eggs and cheese became cold and stuff in our 5minute ride home, but ok Trisha. If it was a mistake fine. If my young one made a mistake that is fine too. However, I do not appreciate having my food toyed with. We do not eat pork for religious reasons, and I don’t appreciate them picking the pork off the sandwiches and slapping on a turkey sausage patty. I told her I didn’t follower back because I was sure I didn’t have to look over her shoulder. Our exchange was mutually respectful and we came to an agreement. I was certainly wrong. I will be reaching out corporate.

This location has went down so bad I regret it each time I give it another chance. Even the manager was just chatting when there was no coffee. The counters are dirty also. Just tried them again when will I ever learn avoid this location. They forgot to close the lids on the bowls. I recently moved it up to 2 stars because it got better but tonight I went in and there was a sign that said no drinks. So I left and went to another one.

I come to this Wawa two times a day(sometime more) everyday for years. Tonight a worker named Vanessa acussed me of stealing coffees while I was walking up to the register. Terrible representative for Wawa.

Understaffed. Having a single gas attendant on for overnight makes it cumbersome for them to take breaks.

Waited over 10 minutes for a latte, person on station was not paying attention to screen while cleaning. I had to ask someone to make it, after 5 minutes when I finally got it, and said something to the manager he didn’t really seem to care and the answer I got was we have been busy

Conveniently located. However, I consistently have a problem with the service at this wawa. Simply put, they need a larger location for gas and within the store. When this place gets busy, it is hectic! In the mornings the commercial vehicles make getting gas a hassle, and customers go inside to order food; leaving their vehicles to take up spaces in the gas lanes. Extremely frustrating. Wawa should def consider coming up with a plan to tackle the delay with this location.
