Order was wrong, but more concerning is cashier added $6 for Wawa donations to my bill. I wasn’t preserving much and caught it and he blew it off as a system error. But be warned this may be a scam they do to pocket some extra cash.

This WaWa used to be my absolute favorite, but I was recently banned because I was accused of stealing Tastee Cakes, which never happened. They also banned other individuals for reasons that never happened. I believe they just want to keep homeless individuals out there store which is flat out wrong.

They are stealing thru gas purchases. I purchased $5, $5…they took out 5 twice. The manager, an unprofessional, said she was going to call me back after she checked their records, never did and lied and my phone was off! Whack. And unfortunately for the Regional or District manager…they never responded. Sad. An apology and a $5 gift card. But they blatantly don’t care.

Five stars for Liz the gas attendant.
But what baffles me is that she had a gas attendant partner sweeping the parking lot when there’s really no trash anywhere and it’s windy out here and cold. And the gas station area is filling up with cars and she’s running to all the cars to make sure they are getting filled including mine. Mind you he is in view to see that all of these cars are there and he does not come over to help her at all. A customer and I went inside and told the manager about what happened his excuse was she should have radioed in. I said why would she have to radio in if he’s standing right in front of the gas station area sweeping seeing all these cars right there as she’s trying to check each of them out. I’ve been in customer service for a very very long time and that right there is unacceptable excuse to say radio in next time when he’s standing right there in front of her. It’s windy out there’s no reason to sweep a parking lot if trash is going to constantly come in and out. The manager is there at 6:30 in the morning and that’s all he had to say was for him to get back on the gas station floor and help out but it seems like he didn’t give a crap. There might be protocol for you but you didn’t do it for the customer.

I went in just to ask a question—can a cold sub, bread lightly toasted, be bought with EBT under any circumstance? Most staff answered politely. One employee, however, loudly accused me of “cheating the system,” repeating it like it was some personal moral failure instead of a simple question. I was left squirming, humiliated, while the conversation ended abruptly.

Later, while pointing out this same employee to a companion, store security approached, asked if I was taking pictures, then told me photography wasn’t allowed. No signs, no disruption—just me trying to be a customer. The whole thing felt ridiculous and humiliating: a normal question somehow becomes a public accusation, then a security lecture.

I received a $10 gift card after filing feedback. Small, quiet, unexplained. A weak attempt to cover up what was clearly a mishandling of basic customer service.

Customer service shouldn’t feel like a public trial. I hope management rethinks how employees and security handle ordinary questions—so the next person isn’t made to feel like they’re committing a crime just for shopping.

Does anyone competent work here??? Why is my order screwed up every single time? Items missing, food made wrong, wrong drink, packed poorly so it spills when delivery driver gets here. Just shut this Wawa down- there no hope for this place

I order food from Wawa only to be told from the dasher that they did not have the food. When I asked the driver to have the store cancel the whole order they did not will never order from this store ‘s location ever again one and done.

Had to wait nearly an hour for an order, once the employees (cashiers) stopped yelling at each other, they started to yell at the customers instead. At least the deli team did not participate in the yelling and tried to help, but the 2 people working the floor and register tonight were very rude the whole time.

The worst service I have had by far, they lost my mobile order and told me I didnt order from them when I did. Then walked away from me and didnt help me any further. Its a constant thing with this place to be ignorant to costumers. I would absolutely not recommend at all.
