Me three my friends all got subs with lettuce and pickles and it seems like literally we got like three pieces of lettuce on each sub i’m not the type to complain, but this is just ridiculous. At least put a tiny bit of effort. Obviously, I still ate it because I live about 20 minutes away from Wawa so by the time I’m home there’s no point of going back but with prices these days you shouldn’t be paying and getting this

I got a chicken sandwich with mayo and American cheese. The employee put half a gallon of mayonnaise on it so much than it was sliding off the bun, and when I thanked her for making my food she didn’t say anything back! Also, the chicken tastes like it’s been out for a long time. But the cashier was very nice as usual!!

24 hr store that has the grind bean coffee and still can’t get Cuban roast coffee…closed closed closed …this is totally every store why??????? Losing coffee customers for sure because I refuse to pay for something I don’t want!!!! Yall need people to look into this across everything store

They make sooooo many mistakes with the mobile orders. Literally every single time. The only great employee here are the people who pump the gas and the guy in the store with the glasses that makes the smoothies much of the time. Double charged for an order. Wrong size chips in the bag. Had to go back and then the wrong pie was given only to be told they didn’t have what I ordered so they throw any old thing in the bag and hope you want it. Now I have to deal with the terrible app to get my refund and the double charge taken care of. Sucks that this is the only Wawa around.

Lady at register (pinkish braids) has a nasty attitude. Had online order she argued me down about where it was when I had already inquired with the people making it who didn’t have it. It was a curbside pickup but the app won’t let me tell them I’m here. Then I told her all the hash nrowns were burnt and she should remove the ones out for sale. They were hard as a rock with burnt corners but she ignored that and left it out for the patrons to waste their money on. Its unacceptable customer service especially when not even 2 weeks ago this same location PUMPED SUPREME gas into my DIESEL truck. They took care of it but every step was horrible. From my truck being drug across the parking lot by the tow truck to just the anxiety. But I would highly recommend retraining that woman. Everyone else got the same experience with me and nobody was rude. Except her. I’m a home owner in the area so will be coming here for the remainder of my life. Let’s home the attitudes are fixed by then
