16 gas pumps here and yet there are only half of them available to use. Why have 16 if you are only going to be to allow 8 of them for use. This is why living in PA is so much better when we have 16 pumps 16 pumps are available.

I came in and needed to desperately use the bathroom after a long drive. When walking in and looking at the bathroom closed, I was approached by a worker. I asked if they could possibly open the bathroom and was immediately shut down in a passive aggressive manner and told to leave. The customer service from the worker was non existent and made me feel scrutinized when i just asked a simple question. I will never be back here.

Waited while others who ordered after me got there stuff before I did. Then when I received my order it was half a classic roll filled with meat and cheese. The shorti was heavier than the classic. Had to return and get another sandwich. Needed gas but chose elsewhere after being ripped off the first time. Worst Wawa in NJ I’ve ever been too. Wait to be ripped off.

Unsafe service. Paid $5 for gas at this location and the attendant left my fuel cap open. Later my engine light came on and I felt unsafe driving. So I stopped my dar on highway and I closed it. This is a serious safety issue — staff need better training and the store should investigate and compensate affected customers.

Good afternoon Google Family. I visited for the first time after leaving the Edge Fitness Club right across the street. I decided to try the Chicken Clam Chowder Soup today since they didn’t have my potato soup today. It was ok, I prefer the potato soup. I also got some crackers to go with my soup. The soup doesn’t taste good unless I eat the crackers with it. I visited the rest room and it was clean. I ate my soup in the car, then I went to the bank. A good experience here today. And I will be back since its so conveniently situated right across the street from my gym!!! Good night Google Family, workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous!!!!

I’m a regular customer at this Wawa and have been coming here for a long time. I’ve spent a lot of my hard-earned money at this location, but after my recent experience, I’m honestly disgusted with the lack of empathy and poor customer service I received.
I came in with my toddler son, clearly having a tough time juggling everything. I ordered three 10-inch hoagies, a gallon of milk, two drinks, and a kid’s chicken noodle soup meal. When I asked for a bag to help carry all of this out — while also handling my toddler — I was told flat-out no.
I went up front and politely asked again, thinking they must have misunderstood me. Instead, I was told I’d have to purchase a bag, and when I asked for one of the standard brown paper bags I know they have behind the counter, I was told those were “only for DoorDash drivers.” Meanwhile, everyone — including several employees — just watched me struggle with my arms full and my toddler crying.
Not one staff member offered to help. Not one person showed the slightest bit of compassion. It took a customer, a complete stranger, to step up and buy me the 30 something cent bag I needed to carry my things.
I cannot believe this is the standard of customer service at a store I’ve supported for so long. It wasn’t about the bag — it was about the principle, and the attitude from the staff was unacceptable. Wawa should be better than this. As a mother, as a customer, and as a human being — I felt ignored, judged, and completely unsupported.
Do better. Your regular customers deserve better. I certainly expected more

They refused to make hashbrowns at 1030am because “no one was making them”. If I understand correctly sizzlis and hashbrowns stop at 11am and these people are too lazy to do their job. What a joke.
