The gas attendant this morning, around 9:30am… I got out of my vehicle to give him the cash and wait for the pump to stop, so that I could remove it myself. The attendant came up, snatched My money out of my hand and walked away. No good morning, no okay thank you, how can I help, etc. The other Wawa staff here are actually So nice and pleasant, but this is not so nice. It makes me go elsewhere. Not a good look for people spending their hard earned money. A good attitude should be a job requirement, and given away for free.

The lady behind the deli counter asked “rich” if the sandwich was made and he disgustingly waved his hand while she talked to the back of his head and yelled NO NO NO. i’m at work, i wasted all that time for nothing. He came in from a “break” in assuming because he had a drink in his hand before he walked back there. If it’s morning rush hour why take a break and leave that lady by herself? then to yell and get upset when she asked him if it was ready and respond like that blew my mind. If you’re that bothered by your job, quit!

All I did was ask for a paper bag to carry my large order of food and employee gives an attitude, she needs to get her attitude in check, if you hate your job that much I think it’s time to look for another line of work if you give customers an attitude over a simple question, I mean everyone has bad days but come on. If I was the manager she would be fired on the spot for that behavior.

Manager last night (pink sweater), beverage maker and cashier ringing us up all sucked. Like, maybe it was a bad night, maybe bad day, but their attitudes were terrible. Plus the beverage maker legit spent 5 whole minutes trying to figure out how to charge for extra graham crackers, which they didn’t even charge us for properly, they charged us for some other side?? NEVER HAD A WAWA EMPLOYEE EVER INVEST SO HARD TO CHARGE AN EXTRA THIRTY CENTS if this is their level of service, I’m surprised they’re still open.

This has always been my go to Wawa.. all the employees will learn who you are, what good you like, how you like it, and what products you get.. they are very friendly and helpful. Even though it’s a corporate owned store, it feels like a local mom & pop store with employees that remember you. Rich always knows exactly what me and my boyfriend need before we even get to the counter, he also always remembers exactly how I like my drink orders made without asking.. just like one of the guys at the food station. They are always well stocked too.. very rarely out of anything I get on a daily basis. And regarding the review about them not making change at the gas pump, that’s only the case late at night as they don’t keep cash outside and night, which is simply a safety issue! If we lived in any other state we’d have to get out of the car and go in to pay every time so I certainly don’t mind having to do it late at night, and that’s only if you don’t have a debit/ credit card.
