I have been here before and had awesome service just a few months ago but recently i recieved a completely opposite order my mother and i were rushing and didnt have time to check the order as it shows below i ordered a make ur own parfait with OREO pieces and carmel drizzle and then oreos again on top as we exited around 10 minutes before this review i didnt notice it i figured they just messed up the caramel by mistake which of course is no big deal but then there were chocolate chips i am a hater of dark chocolate and love milk chocolate (sorry dark lovers) after i got so upset i wrote this review i am super disappointed and angry at these sloppy staff i also saw the other staff member wipe her noise with her glove extremely unprofessional and i will be praying not to get these horrible staff members

They always make my coffee wrong. Often its just water and creamer. I think some people dont want to do the coffee part because either they havent cleaned the machine or they dont want to have make the coffee which is the difficult part. I dont think its a accident whovh pisses me off.

The Vincentown Wawa is a local staple! Have never had an issue with the service here. Great food and friendly associates (love that there are so many long-term associates here that you truly get to know over the years). Just be careful in the parking lot, as it can get a bit crowded – especially in the mornings. But that just goes to show how many people rely on this place for their morning coffee and snacks!

Went camping in the area. Asked if there was a place we could toss a couple garbage bags in the area, Vince, the assistant manager, dismissed us pretty quickly and said he wouldn’t and couldn’t help us – not even to recommend somewhere. Love Wawas, but not this one! And before anyone else mentions it, we bought a bunch of stuff for the road. It worked out, but only because a couple customers helped us out with some recommendations.

Ordered a burrito with avocado and they forgot to put it in. Ordered a hamburger with spinach, and they forgot to put that in, too! Went to pay for the two items, but we didn’t notice the missing items until we arrived home. Certainly not going to travel in the bad weather to tell them about it. (Not that they would care anyway). The girl at the register thought that we had tried to pull a fast one on her with Wawa cards that she thought were not paid for. When she ran them through the register, she realized they were active. Before making faces and acting like we’re thieves, please run the cards through the register before making your assumptions! So, between this location and the one at Arney’s Mount Rd., they’re not favorable.

I ordered 2 salted caramel macchiatos, one iced and one hot. They put all the coffee in one and all the milk in the other. Too bad I didn’t notice until I was 15 minutes down the road.

Parking sucks in this Wawa. Lots of work trucks, etc, so there’s always a chance of getting your vehicle hit. The little old lady at the register is always cranky. The girls behind the order counter are very nice though. Store may not be long for the world, as I heard Wawa wants to close it if/when they build a Super Wawa down at Red Lion Circle.

I spent $30 on breakfast burritos only to get home to realize, none of the burritos had salsa on them. Thus making them very dry. The lady making them seemed to be preoccupied talking to the other staff. No one in front of me and it took 15 minutes to get my order. Usual I would give this store 5 stars. -grossed out and choking on dry tortilla. Never again.
