The food and drinks are consistently poorly made, and half of the menu is often unavailable. The staff somehow manages to be even worse. Most employees have terrible attitudes, you’re lucky if you even get a “have a nice day.” They’re lazy and uninterested in doing their jobs. I waited nearly 10 minutes trying to get someone’s attention just to receive my order from behind the counter, and I was completely ignored while they sat behind the counter talking about their Instagrams. I have genuinely never had a positive experience at this Wawa. To make matters worse, I’ve been accused of stealing despite never having stolen anything, while other kids walk out with bags of chips stuffed in their backpacks without issue every other day. They’re lucky they’re in a good area for business

One of the worst Wawa’s in the area. Service is slow, sandwiches often inaccurate, and lack in fundamental services. Things are seemingly so whacky at this place that getting a side of pickles is of the same level of complexity as making a withdrawal from Ft. Knox. Is there some sort pickle shortage epidemic I am unaware of that is impacting Wawa?

Horrible service at the gas pumps ! I have sat waiting for these attendants while the have conversations with their friends or are busy flirting with women in the parking lot. I will not go to this Wawa again. It’s a shame to have such a poor attitude because the staff inside are courteous and friendly.

Second time I’ve gone to get gas, and they refused to take cash at the pump. This was on a Saturday at 430 in the afternoon. After 10 pm, refusing cash, I understand. But why at 430 in the afternoon? Never getting gas at Wawa again. I’ll happily go across the street.
