It’s always the same with the people who work at this establishment; they never do things right. I ordered avocado toast with bacon and a quesadilla without spicy sauce, and I received the complete opposite, and my money was wasted. Message to the manager: find people who actually want to do their job because these people either don’t want to or don’t like what they’re doing.

I had a disappointing experience with customer service. When I politely asked about the price, the employee told me to “relax,” which felt unprofessional and dismissive. I wasn’t upset I was just asking a simple question. Good customer service should be respectful and helpful. I hope this can be addressed so future customers have a better experience.

If you pick up food delivery orders here, make sure you check for all the items in the order before you leave. This location tends to leave out items and/or put the wrong item in the bag(s). Protect your ratings! Also, make sure you don’t even do so much as touch the order until you’ve been granted permission by staff to do so. Failure to comply to this rule will get you barked at like a riled up chihuahua. If you want better service, just drive to either of the Pennsville Wawa’s. Much faster, friendlier service, and better food too.

Writing my first ever review, and I must say this is the slowest wawa EVER. At first I didn’t mind the wait since I had just moved into the area, but over time it became annoying. It takes me five to ten minutes with my friend to order on the tablet, gather our stuff, make a cup of coffee, and pay. After I pay, I have to wait for food or a drink while the staff is just talking to each other when I know there was plenty of time to do it while I was going around (Every other wawa I go to has it ready within 5 mins of ordering it, even before paying). Today, I was asked “are you waiting on something?” after watching her talk to someone else for 10 seconds while my drink was just sitting in the metal cup finished. And I reply with what it was, and she says “oh” and then proceeds to just dump the drink into the cup without adding any of the toppings. I do not care if you talk to the other staff, but you can at least do your duties while communicating. Another time I took a total of 25-30 minutes in this wawa because of the slow service. I honestly think the managers need to step it up and gain control of their store instead of allowing the staff to get off track all the time. Also, the area is crazy, I watched an old guy try to fight a young girl, and then the young man who tried to break it up.
