my favorite Wawa always clean and the associates are All very happy and upbeat.coffee is always hot and hot snacks always ready for grab and go. I frequent this location daily ,several trips per day and All shifts especially the 3,rd shift 10/6 are a pleasure to see when insomnia is showing up a trip to Wawa is always in my daily routine Shannon & the lovely Elsea.makes me smile she’s always assuring the shelf’s are stocked and customers are in and out with a smile that could light up the darkest mood. in closing even if I relocated I’d still come to my main st wawa family . # uncle G loves wawa

Went in this morning to treat myself to a junior hoagie. Before I leave I ask the lady who made the snadwich *is this a roll* cos my hoagie gave panini vibes. She looked at me like I was the a hole and said yes. Got to work. Asked people if it looked like a hoagie. They guessed not hoagie. So I unwrapped it to show they gasped – I was immediately mad to say the least – and I put it away. Thankfully I’d also purchased chips and some candy so I had something to eat while at work. Brought it BACK after work to see what they can do. I hate confrontation so I was beung super nice and just my usual bubbly self… Ultimately i was told *well i cant make it bigger* i said *i wasnt asking for it to be bigger i want it not to be sat on* reply *well I’m sorry but we can’t really do anything because it was wrapped too tight.* pause insert my jaw drop here. *..but I’d gladly make you a new one.* I admit I scoffed and said *no thanks* but you’re gonna say you won’t help me- then offer to help me. Obviously you didn’t want to remake it. So she asked again *are you sure* and I said *absolutely not* to be honest I was blown away because they seriously messed up my dad’s order a month ago and he got 3 free shorti hoagies- ended up with 5 total due to a combination of errors. He had great customer service and it was resolved in a better manner. Between the attitude in the morning- the lask of customer service in the afternoon- and the stepped on hoagie that I only kept as proof… I know my small purchases don’t matter- but I’m going back to 7-11. It’s a shame that I should have opened it at the store in the morning, but I was in a rush and when I saw it on the counter I was like *that isn’t a hoagie* so I waited.. and waited. And waited. Then she finally turned around and was like oh are you 230 and I was like yeah. And she smiled but again when I asked if it was on a roll she made me feel like I was the a hole. I do NOT enjoy leaving bad reviews but I tell the truth and I am highly irritated so we’regiving details today honey. (I get that ingredients are the same but smash a donut and see if it actually tastes the same due to texture change. Sorry. Chane of texture changes flavor for me and if that’s not normal oh well.) I’m sorry if this seems petty but I’m sick of paying for food that looks like dookie or is just plain wrong.

Normally I like this Wawa, but I ordered a BLT and they gave me a sandwich with no lettuce. I kindly asked the woman in the back if she could add some, and she hit me with, “You didn’t ask for lettuce when you ordered it” — with full attitude.

Workers here deserve a raise/promotion. Always the nicest staff who seem to genuinely care about the customers and are always super polite and happy. Has a corner store family feel if you’re a regular, and just a friendly welcoming feel if you’re shopping first time. 1000/10

I come here often for lunch and I have to give a big shout out to Austin, he makes my drinks perfect every time – probably the best versions of smoothies I normally get at other wawas. The cashier named Diane was also so sweet and pleasant! If these two are working, you’re sure to have an awesome, friendly, and pleasant experience!
