I visited this Wawa today for a quick coffee, and it was a disappointing experience. Two of the coffee options were completely empty and not being refilled. The employee working the coffee station—an older woman with glasses—chose to stand and chat with a customer instead of restocking the coffee, even though it was clearly needed. I ended up leaving without what I wanted. Really poor service and not what I expect from Wawa.

This is the second time I’ve had to wait over 10 minutes for assistance at this Wawa. Several employees were standing around but did not acknowledge me, even though I was the only customer visibly waiting. The lack of attentiveness and customer service is unacceptable and needs improvement.

Something is always wrong with our order, super frustrating especially if you order something like a burrito where you can’t physically open it and check its contents before you leave. Tonight I ordered a burrito with chicken, rice, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream… they left off the rice, cheese, and sour cream. I mean, really? A lettuce and chicken burrito? Disappointing, unfortunately.

I always stop here with my daughter after her gymnastics practice. They always mess something up or my drink or my food. They really need to pay attention to the order and what costumers asked for because something’s they charge you extra for and somehow they don’t add it to your order. I have gotten the incorrect order like 5 times. I could not deal no more so this is my response.

Very disappointed with the customer service, i ordered a pepperoni pizza for my kid last night. It was late around 9 at night and we had a long day so I figured we’d grab something quick and my toddler wanted pizza. We get home and there’s no pepperoni on it so as picky toddlers act my child was upset . I took off the cheese to see if it was under it because I know some places do tbat. And nope nothing. At this point my toddler is upset demanding pepperoni pizza, I explain to them I’ll get some tomorrow. So I go in today and show them a picture of the pizza with no pepperoni on it or under the cheese and ask for a new pizza. Candace the manger looks at me like I’m crazy and goes can’t help you we don’t do pizza until 4. I said well can I have store credit so I can get a pizza later. She goes no kot unless you return the pizza but you ate it right? I said well my toddler picked at it I didn’t think y’all wanted it back. She says you should have came back or called last night if you wanted another pizza. I said by this point it was 10pm I needed to get my child fed and to sleep and wasn’t dragging them back out , she goes well if you ate the pizza then I can’t help you. At this point I’m wondering does she want me to dig through my trash and return the picked at pizza? I clearly showed pictures of the pizza being incorrect. So I said well can I come back at 4 for a new pizza and she goes I guess, ask for Kirk. So I’ll return and let’s see if Kirk has a better attitude. Is this wawas policy to return picked at and bitten food back over your counter? I just simply wanted the correct order for my picky toddler!
