Well after I filled the 2 empty one gallon water that I take to Wawa to fill for clean drinking water one of the ladies said “that the water is free but filling two empty one gallon” is expensive after I was filling the small 12 fluid oz water after I filled the two one gallon water. I would have brought more if I washed it with soap yesterday like I did this one but I did not and Lyft ride was outside the house. Today I thought to a get a drive from Burlington township to Mapleshade New Jersey and and I put this Wawa since of the four this one in Mapleshade New Jersey this one was not on the highway according to the addresses to my understanding so I chose and it was my first time coming and worse. And as I see some other negative reviews here about this being friendly but not anymore right before writing I agree with it. The employees that work there need to be nice and pleasant. Not like say the water is free but filling two one gallon water is excessive right when I am filling a 12 fluid oz water to drink after I filled two one gallon to have access to clean drinking water as I don’t have access to clean drinking water because of the State of New Division of Developmental Disabilities group home I live where they tap water makes me sick and they don’t do anything to provide me clean drinking water so I make this arrangement.

Used to enjoy going to this Wawa. But recently something has changed. Yesterday I witnessed the manager being very aggressive towards a patron. Definitely not a we can make this work
Attitude. Also the afternoon gals behind the counter are not people friendly. They have put a large sticker on the plexiglass where you pick up your sandwich so you can’t even make eye contact with your server. It was such a friendly place before.

Whoever made my chicken bacon and ranch quesadilla from 12pm to 1am on 5-8-25 deserves a raise. Id have pictures to show how perfect the quesadilla was but the moment I saw it I knew it was done right away and it was gone before I could type up this review. Spectacular, give me 14 of them.

I was in the women’s bathroom. I didn’t know there was pee all over the floor, the tile is shiny. I noticed after I went to the bathroom. I looked down at my pants at the bottoms and they were soaked in the pee. I had to throw out my pants (I carry extra clothes with me all the time). I told someone behind the food counter and he said he would alert management. 10-15 mins later no one even bothered to look at the bathroom let alone clean it. I will never go to this WaWa ever again. WaWa should at least compensate me for my belongings I threw out.

I walked in around 10:15 am on October 13, 2022. As I was walking up to the checkout counter, the lady says “hello” and I said “Hi”.
I thought this would be a normal interaction, but then she proceeds to get an attitude with me because she did not hear me say hi back.
She then says “I said hello. As in Hi, how are you”. Then I look at her in disbelief and I say “I know. I said hi back”.
Then, she visibly looks at the other cashier and shakes her head in disapproval at my response. I know that this is just a wawa and I don’t expect much from anyone there, but this was rude. Even if I didn’t say hi back, that response was uncalled for. Please train your workers on customer service and proper etiquette. I’ve never experienced something like this at any other wawa before. Definitely not coming back.

Stopped in tonight to grab food for my kids. One of the employees was changing out the trash while 3 of the 4 other ladies who were in the prep area were away. One of the orders required chicken tenders. He stopped doing trash, put on a glove without washing his hands 1st and put the tenders on the tray and into your oven. He then went back to doing trash as if no one saw him. Sorry Brandon (real name with big gauges in his ears), I did. Been in the food service industry for a long time. Either call someone out to make the food or wash your hands 1st!

This wawa is great, the employees are great. The customers are terrible. Everyone in here is rude an in a rush so much that I’ve had my food pushed off the counter for not moving fast enough. Maybe it’s because I’m from the south but I was raised against that behavior. And trust me I went to this WAWA for 5 years before moving back down south. I’ve been to a bunch of WAWA’s and I don’t know why but the customers here are just flat rude. Not all, but most.

Good visit in the late morning. Sometimes in the early morning it can be a bit of a lolipalooza trying to get in and out quickly. The parking lot can be difficult to navigate with overly aggressive drivers, and there’s a group of old people who hang out at the entrance way.

Worst wawa ever! Service is slow, young girl making sandwiches had no idea what she was doing! I got a club sandwich- bread was not toasted, entirely too much mayonnaise, completely falling apart when I opened it. This will be my last visit to this wawa!
