As far as Wawa’s go, it’s great. Employees are friendly, service is quick and they’re always well stocked. There’s no gas station, so no public restrooms (I don’t know if people are aware of that with Wawa’s ~ only Wawa’s with gas stations provide public restrooms). Food is good, when comparing to other convenience store food, it’s 5 stars. Location always seems to be packed, but staff keeps it moving so there’s rarely a long wait.

i have no idea why the reviews are so poor???? this wawa is great and my orders are always right and out quickly. i go here alot and never had an issue, only things that have happened to me are odd men trying to flirt with me but thats not their fault lol. love this place!

Staff are overworked and poorly trained. Orders are consistently wrong. Management sits in their little office while the people behind the deli counter struggle, can’t keep up and then make mistakes. Haven’t had an order not be wrong in over a month.

Long wait for a milkshake. I politely proceeded to ask for a refund due to the wait, & the cashier was very nice & immediately notified the manager.
However when the manager showed up she wasn’t very pleasant. She had red & black hair & instead of being empathetic immediately said, “what you don’t want it anymore?” So I apologized & explained how the wait was a little longer than expected & she started talking under her breath about how she was busy making pizzas. Again, I didn’t order a pizza or anything so I’m not sure what that had to do with me, but customer service is a very tough job & I think anyone who’s in it deserves their flowers, however you can’t be rude or nasty knowing you’re in a front facing role. After she gave me my refund she didn’t say anything just handed me my money & I left.

Idk about the other people, but morning staff is always on spot, and if not; they rectify immediately, never had an issue they couldn’t fix, management is always attentive. Staff beyond friendly. Treat them with respect and you get the same back. It’s my daily Wawa. Never experiences any issues with afternoon staff either

Depends on who you get to serve you. I’ve only come across like 3 employees who had a bit of an attitude, other than that the rest of the employees are pretty nice. The regular cashier’s are really nice.

I understand that it’s a Wawa and all Wawas are pretty much the same. I happen to live in this area and go to this Wawa constantly, unfortunately! This Wawa is always out of products. If you’re just passing through and need to pick a couple things up I’m sure you’ll leave a great review. But when you come here often you learn the habits of the store. I don’t know who manages this place but they definitely do not know how to stock properly. What you bought yesterday might not be here the next day! Or for a while after that! Thankfully there’s a little corner store a block down the street. It’s funny how they have more of what you’re looking for than this particular Wawa. Never had a complaint about a Wawa in my life until I discovered this one! Crazy!

So let me ask something if you were working behind the food counter and were out of a majority of the max and cheese,cheese sauce etc you would leave a sign or say something to the people ordering their food like any person with common sense would. Well apparently common sense isn’t so common among staff working November 12 at 11:30pm and they proceeded to tell me they were out of nearly everything besides chili,mashed potatoes and chicken noodle soup which respectfully im not a gremlin and don’t order those items from wawa. I’m not blaming the staff for being out of the items but blaming them for not telling anybody before they ordered like any normal individual would. I don’t know where these businesses are finding these people but it seems 90% of food workers have room temperature iq.

Friendly staff!
This is a smaller Wawa and does not have a gas station. The staff is very friendly and it’s clean. One drawback to this location is that sometimes a questionable cast of characters hangs around outside and they have been known to harass customers.
Pros:
-Friendly staff
-Clean
-Sandwiches and Subs (Hoagies) are tasty and fairly cheap.
Cons:
-They do not always have Sizzlis to order in the App at this location.
-Often run out of soup
-The grab and go section is often fairly depleted if you do not get there before 2:00-3:00 pm.
-Personally, I wish they would put more Buffalo Sauce and Ranch Dressing on the Buffalo Chicken sub
