did an app order and got a salad.. $11 salad cuz i like my bacon and get extra dressing.. but for this i didn’t even need the extra dressing. this portion is ridiculous. everywhere else i go it’s filled to the top!

Susan was very rude. I wasn’t going to make a review and I was gonna let it go but she continued and continued. After making several comments to me that she shouldn’t have even made I then am waiting for a manger to help because of the.l scan app for points. As the manager comes over Susan then starts whispering to her right in front of my with her back turned to me. Very rude customer service. If you’re miserable please do not take it out on me. I enjoy Wawa I’m an everyday customer sometimes multiple times a day. I do not appreciate Susan at all. Please keep your opinions and comments to yourself please and just ring me up so I can pay for my things and be on my way. If you can’t be nice don’t speak at all then.

Love wawa never had a bad story here. Other people have but it how you talk to people not react to them. I go to many wawa’s with in the area and near by states and it always them same stuff and I still never have any complaints. Well maybe hire a bathroom attendant on days you know are over busy.

They never have big bacon cheese dogs or Loaded baked potato soup. I always check the menu before going for the soup and it will sometimes say they have it then you get there and the excuse is always we took that down something must have gone wrong. Would be nice to get the hotdogs and have the menu be accurate maybe add the loaded baked potato soup more often. And you purchase a bag and they just handed it to you and look at you like your stupid! Pay for everything then have to work to bag your own stuff! Smh!

I keep trying to give them chances because I live close the disappoint everytime I order food or get gas. My orders is never right depends on what I order but toast is stale and I didn’t ask for it toasted, fries are soggy, today I asked for a 10in breakfast hoggie bacon and eggs not toasted and white bread instead they gave me a shorty wheat bread toasted (Burt to h3ll) bacon egg. I told them that’s not my order and they gave me all attitude and just says “that’s what you ordered.” I just had i left it got a refund and had to go to the other Wawa. Don’t go for gas if you don’t want to be there waiting until they feel like getting to you or until they are finished their conversation. It is the worst Wawa around here.

The manager Samantha really has the worst attitude and is super rude and unprofessional she seemed over worked and tired honestly, like if you don’t like your job why are you even there find something else stop providing bad service to the customers. And the tall guy who wears the extra extra tight clothes and acts feminine with the short hair cut usually works in the back in the coffee area….was a cashier one day with the worst attitude and needs customer service training…keep him in the back making coffee please and thank you! Wawa do better it’s super sad smh. This is a new store but the service is beyond terrible.
