Went to this Wawa (421 white horse pike) and ordered a 24 ounce latte with an EXTRA shot of espresso. When I picked up my order, it was straight milk, caramel sauce, and one shot of espresso (per latte man). I tried to explain to the person making the coffee that it should have three shots of espresso since a latte gets 2 normally and I ordered an EXTRA shot. Latte man wanted to argued that lattes don’t get espresso or coffee and I only get one shot of espresso since I asked for an EXTRA SHOT of espresso. Let’s just say I will not be ordering from here again. Lattes cost too much to not have it taste good. Oh and my cup wasn’t remotely full, it looked like someone drank a quarter of it.

I hate to be this person but these people need to be held accountable. Nobody likes wasting money on that’s carelessly and poorly made, especially with everything being overpriced in this economy at the moment. This specific location is truly a “hit or miss” when ordering food but because I usually have eat what I order anyway, I shut up. However TODAY, I ordered a breaded chicken chipotle wrap and I’m so disappointed with it that I can’t eat it. The breaded chicken isn’t warm, the wrap wasn’t cut in half as well as being poorly wrapped, AND worst of all they DROWNED this wrap in chipotle sauce. It takes away from the taste of the chicken wrap! Make your customers food as you would want yours made, and if you hate your job then get a different one, because this is unfair for customers. Whoever made this nasty, sloppy wrap is making EVERY associate at this location look bad, which isn’t the case at all being that it’s like the 4 associates who make drinks and food with care, and they mostly work mornings. When I worked in fast food, I NEVER played with customers money like this. Whoever made this needs to be retrained on customer service AND food handling.

Definitely one of the best Wawa’s in South Jersey. The staff is always super nice and helpful, the food is consistently good, and the coffee never disappoints. Always a solid stop.

So explain to me how getting this little bit of food is worth over $8.00? You are joking right? A 1/2 spoonful of potatoes and 3 small pieces of stuffing? I’m going to ask for a refund because THIS is not what I paid for. I paid for half bowl of potatoes and half bowl of stuffing with BBQ sauce and I paid extra for Cranberry sauce. That’s not what I got. Complete ripoff especially for over $8.00 which is price gauged ad it is because it doesn’t cost over $8.00 to make it, most likely it costs more like $2 if that. So disappointed

I usually stop by Wawa to grab a pack of cigarettes, and I understand it’s standard procedure to show ID — no problem with that. However, today the employee asked me to remove my sunglasses while checking my ID. I found that unnecessary and a bit uncomfortable. My ID was clearly visible and valid, and I’ve never had to do that before. I hope this isn’t becoming a new policy, because it feels a bit excessive for a routine purchase.

I’ve been going to this Wawa for five years. I’ve only been carded twice for tobacco products but this time was different. I didn’t have my license on me. I was just coming home from work 5 AM in the morning and I forgot my license at home. the lady asked my ID, I went home. I got it. I came back. She glanced at my ID. I asked her how old am I? She immediately went and got I believe to the manager, so I explained the story to the manager and then the manager had to cause to tell me after I drove home to get my license and come back after doing a 12 hour shift , she said we only look at the license to look good in front of the camera. Wait a minute I’m asking you if you look for my look at my ID look at my ID do your job you just made me drive all the way home to get my license to make me look good , I won’t be back to this again for thumbs down for me

Went for the free coffee for school staff as I have been doing since they started the promotion. I went today and the cashier tried to say because I worked at a trade school that it didn’t count. The promotion says teachers and school staff and a trade school is still a school.
She called the manager up front and asked if I was a teacher and I said no but I’m school staff at a trade school and he gave me a hard time but eventually said “I guess you can have a free coffee” as if he was doing me a favor. If you don’t want to give it to school staff, don’t put that in the promotion….
Horrible experience, miserable cashier and manager. Just because you’re mad about your own life decisions you shouldn’t take it out on your customers….do better!
Will not be returning.

The cashier was extremely rude to me. I am a white man that had a simple purchase and this girl gave me such an attitude. She should be reprimanded immediately. Very uncomfortable after leaving. I won’t be going to this wawa anymore. Your staff are flippant they don’t give a shit about customers. Breakfast foods always seem to be in short supply even if you come early. They don’t refresh any of the hot samiches or sizzles like thru are required to by food handling regulations. I’d give you no stars if possible. I’d rather hear your staff say we are lazy and don’t want to make more than he told your out of scrambled eggs when you have 2 and a hair goes left on your breakfast service. Shut down you did counter and do everyone a favor if you don’t want to be there.
