Went late at night got an Italian hoagie , said thank you when grabbing it and got a side eye? Get home and it’s a roll with tomatoes peppers and no meat . Didn’t even go back because I don’t trust them to not mess with my food. This place always sucks . The older lady on register at night is very nice. That’s the only plus here .

When the store runs a five dollar breakfast special, they never have the sandwiches. Duh. Let’s get the manager to help the others understand that when they’re running a breakfast special, you need to make more breakfast sandwiches. Because more people will buy them. And take a look that when you’re out of them, that means you need to make more! It’s not rocket science. The coffee area is a mess, always.The whole store is messy and looks dirty. Always out of things, get on the ball wawa because next month’s going to be a lunch special that you’ll run out of. Ugh.

If I could give zero stars I would. I just ordered from here and had it delivered only to not get what I ordered and paid for. This is completely unacceptable. I ordered and paid for a 12 count K cup box of coffee pods and literally received a small cup of hot coffee and I ordered a pint of cookies and cream ice cream and was sent a cookies and cream milk instead smh how do you mix these items up. I attached photos of what I clearly ordered versus what I received.

Lady working prepping food, I told her she messed up my order on my bagel order number was 650 it was at 6:05am she just opened the bagel and threw cucumbers and tomatoes on it and the bagel barely had veggie cream cheese on it and it wasn’t toasted will not come back here

I come here to eat, for allergy medicine, gas, free air, literally everything. I pretty much live at Wawa. The food is getting better every year and they literally have everything. I recommend the chicken wraps. Do you remember the chicken snack wraps from McDonald’s? They taste like that. I get one every single day for lunch. Also recommend a strawberry smoothie, *chefs kiss* delicious.

The staff, including one manager are thieves. Last December I purchased 12 $10 gift cards, woman manager handled this transaction, only to realize later they all were inactive! Wawa straightened it out but after putting me through so much proving. A few months later, the heavy set Jamaican/Haitian woman cheated me out of $10 which I immediately brought to her attention. Instead of doing the right thing, she chose to argue. I let it go. A month after, the same woman cheated me from my scratch off winnings ($45), but she gave me $29 instead. I had to go through a bunch to get that rectified. Then, the sassy manager (a man, quite sassy) took the woman’s side after correcting her error. Watch these folks because if they believe they can steal from you, they will, and the sassy manager will uphold them all. Such a shame.

Placed an order at 4:01 for a personal hot honey pepperoni pizza got my order at 4:08 and didn’t check it finally checked my food at 4:15 and noticed it’s regular pepperoni it’s like im not mad about the food I’m still gonna eat but it’s just how do you mess that up when theirs not that many people

This is the ONLY WAWA were employees are trained to ignore the delivery people DOORDASH or answer any questions they might have. The manager here really stinks. I already complained to Wawa about this but they continue this bizarre, rude, and mediocre behaviour. It has to do with training and a terrible manager that SUCKS!!!

This Wawa has really gone downhill. The other day I did a curb pickup order, and checked in. I was out there for half an hour waiting. Then I called up and apparently no one is fulfilling those orders so they’re like “We’ll be out shortly.”
Today, I went in to get a sub. I ordered a ham sub with provolone and pepperoni. They forgot to put ham on it. How does one forget to put ham on a ham sub?
And it’s crowded so everyone is standing near the pickup. And the employee wasn’t yelling out numbers, so you have to squeeze through to check if it’s your order or not.
And I posted about it on Twitter cuz it’s so ridiculous. But, Wawa deleted the post twice, I guess they can do that when you @ them.

Have never went into Wawa, but we do come often to fill our tires with their free air and to purchase gas. Attendants are always pleasant and gas is reasonably priced.
