I work less than half a mile away, and this should be the most convenient wawa+gas. More than half the time there is a gas line because about 2/3 of the gas pumps are coned off out of service. The attendants could operate more stations at a time, but seem more concerned with their phones than the lines

Coffee Lids- majority of them are always visibly dirty. Is management paying attention or do they not care at this location. It’s disgusting and a public health risk. Buy & Replace with fresh, new, clean lids…not too much to ask.

This review is for the store, not the gas station. This particular Wawa location has been in business for many years, but over the past few years has really gone downhill. I’m there most days of the week for one thing or another for the convenience. But lately it’s just a hot mess express! Most of the employees look miserable and it really shows in the complete lack of anything resembling customer service. The few caring people that were there seemed to have moved on to better opportunities. The manager, Tom, is no shining example. I recently had a problem with an order and asked for assistance. He barely acknowledged me, let alone apologize for the problem and told me to wait around till he had time to help me. After more than 10 minutes of standing around in the store, I gave up. He runs the ship like a leaking sieve and it shows- complete disregard for customers and their time. And if you’re using the app to place orders ahead, don’t expect that to run smoothly either. Either the order is wrong or isn’t ready when promised. I understand it’s challenging to find competent help right now, but let’s start with some decent management that will set an example and explain to employees a quaint little concept called CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Gas station attendants are extremely unprofessional. Between the joking around, cursing & talking to each other while you wait for them to acknowledge your car at the pump. I ignored it a few times but going to avoid this place at all cost.

A few weeks ago my Wawa experience was lovely. I must say Miss Tyra was in the front and all over the store helping everyone on a busy Wawa night! I was very pleased that she was so on top of her customer service skills, knowledgeable and helpful and let’s not forget very PLEASANT!!!!! Please let her know that all that she does does not go unnoticed and please hire other individuals just like her that’s willing to go above and beyond for the customer IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

Officer Christiansen Burlington township hound dogged jdoes from hospital and rite aid pharmacy. Then burlington township auto stopped lawful bicyclist again, allegedly all over the road, on bike. Threatened & coerced to admit farm bike ownership or suffer loss of property and new script pain meds be left on side of roadway. Illegal, just make this easy on me, standard police chief orders. Christiansen orders target to ” just make this easy on me,” to jdoes. Willingboro township (Willingboro auto backup on the scene), christiansen follows jdoes from Lourdes hospital Willingboro, thru Burlington township and then back into Willngboro to arrest target johndoes being stalked by politics and fishing expeditions here and, in and out of state and BURLCO & Cherry Hill, NJ twnshps. They’ve been pulling pedestrian and bicycle stops random or targeting jdoes and (Donnie Does- another regular target) Just make this easy on me said, Christiansen to jdoes, same Orders, ENT, he gets from his chief of police, Burlington township.
