My boyfriend and I stop at this Wawa quite often, and usually service is wonderful. The manager is always on top of things and super friendly, however I just had a disappointing experience at this Wawa that I feel it is important to bring attention to. I have done this many times where I order a hot chocolate and ask if I could special order and get cold foam on top. I am always willing to pay the dollar extra, but it is not an option without requesting. My drink ended up being tasty as always thank you to Lani, I would like to take note she did a perfect job. However, I know when I asked for cold foam not everyone knows how to input that so I can pay the extra, and she asked her coworker KELLY, who proceeded to say “it’s not an option because it will melt” and reiterating that over and over when she was just asking how I should go abouts paying for it. Kelly just kept saying how cold foam doesn’t go on hot chocolate and then looked at me and asked if I’ve even had it before to which I replied “yes”. And then she still continued to express how it will just melt and there’s no point. I thank Lani for making my drink, it was wonderful. But Kelly, if you work in food/customer service then you shouldn’t be questioning or making people feel stupid for what they order. I just wanted my drink. I know how I like it, and that’s that. Every other employee was completely cool and helpful about the situation and I don’t know how adding your opinion on my order helps the person asking you a question do her job.

Worst Wawa I e ever experienced. I’ve tried ordering in person, and through the app. Almost every order has been screwed up or burnt. Gas employees hanging out inside the deli. I ordered a simple buttered roll and a donut today through the app. Get back to work and of course no donut. They can’t even pack a simple two item order properly.

Came in during lunch today to grab lunch and use the ATM, we ordered two sandwiches and a soup. We grabbed drinks and chips and heard the staff call our number. We quickly go to the line because you can’t pick up without paying. As we go to the self check out line, the woman behind the deli proceeds to scream the number and scream there’s no more soup, she screamed so loud I jumped. I understand she wanted our attention to ask if we needed a replacement or not having to refund before we paid but we were 5 feet away and screaming at us was completely unnecessary. I live less than 2 minutes and will no longer be a patron due to the lack of customer service and consideration for their customers. Plus my sandwich was made wrong lol, no lettuce.

I clearly asked for spinach for my salad and got romaine. I was running to work and The thing is, I asked for a bag and the girl said “we only give bags for hot food!”. Wait, what? why do you have an attitude? and I clearly need a bag with the extras I ordered, (cornbread, dressing) but I digress. Too bad I didn’t notice until I got to work that it was the wrong leaf for my salad or I would have said something about the stinking attitude along with the wrong salad..

I did not bring my service dog (that lets me know when im about to have a medical episode) due to the fact this person brought their pet in. Their pet was growling and lunging at people.
Told the employees and nothing was done at all. We were concerned for the safety of others but guess it doesnt matter to them.
I didnt want my legitimate service dog to get attacked either.

I thought that the first time they messed my hoagie up and put tuna instead of lunch meat was a one time thing… but then I got all the way home the other day and had bread and meat for a hoagie which is not edible without the rest of the condiments and things… and I determined that I cannot come back to this Wawa if I want a proper sandwich. Extremely disappointed as this Wawa is at a decent location.

Night shift is so much in the mind frame of cleaning up and resetting that customer service is non-existent! Tried to use bathroom but told I couldn’t cause chemicals had already been applied…yet…I watched an employee walk out of using the bathroom. Come here all the time and maybe I just need to stop coming. I’m so tired of the attitude and the disregard for my food. I used to work at wawa, in no way shape or form was I ever bringing out snacks (pretzels etc) and then coming back in with those same gloves to make someone’s food. I don’t even want this salad I should’ve gotten a refund. Some people cook with their pets on the counters and let them lick the spoons before they finish making the dish with that same spoon to bring to the potluck. I’m not surprised when they bring those habits to work. Gross
