Stopped at this Wawa location and paid for my purchase without any issue. When I went to get my drink, several employees in the kitchen area loudly insisted that I had not paid. I immediately showed my receipt. It turned out one item had been missed, which I paid for right away.
The situation was handled in a way that felt unnecessary and embarrassing, especially with multiple employees confronting me at once.
To make matters worse, when we went to eat the sandwich, the cheese was burnt and the sandwich was poorly prepared.
Very disappointing experience overall. Customer service and food quality both need improvement.

Just bought a hot honey pizza from this location. That girl soaked up the pizza with honey instead of a few drizzles on top of it. Purposely done, just plain EVIL!!! You should be ashamed of yourself for messing with people food like that. I can tell this is not her first time from reading all these negative comments about bad experiences with food preparation from that location.

Girl working at the gas station broke our cap less fuel filler – she had to call an older guy over to look at it. We were wondering what all the noise was coming from while they were trying to put gas in our car. The older guy stood there holding the nozzle while we got gas. Got suspicious so pulled off to the side and found out they broke our cap less fuel filler and just left it in there. No explanation – nothing. Thankfully we stopped to investigate. When we were out of the car fixing it – we saw girl and older guy just standing there staring over at us talking. We got it back in finally and pulled up to gas station again and nice younger guy made sure we put it back right and that we wouldn’t have a problem again while getting gas. Hire more like the young guy that helped us because the other 2 were absolutely no help.

Hey everyone, so I stopped at this wawa 6 AM on my way to work. They gave me a dirty bagel. They must have dropped it on the floor and picked it back up and just packaged it. That is so disgusting, when you drop something throw it away! People can get sick it’s all types of germs on the floor smh. Look at the dirt on it.

Our cashier was Laura, and she was awesome! She had everything emaculant amd our order was up and together for pickup. I would recommend her for management if she wasn’t the manager already. Friendly and had everything running perfectly. Thank you again! I would rate more than 10 stars 🙂

This WAWA is quite nice. Clean and well organized. Coffee is really good. Large variety of breakfast and lunch and dinner options for takeout. The staff is courteous and helpful. Not much of a wait when in line. The gas attendants are very cool. I highly recommend this WAWA..

They need a microwave cause coffee is always cold and never taste the same bin going to this Wawa for 20 plus years before work and it’s gets worse never better and only time it’s hot or taste okay is when the lady Kimberly is working other then that never hot and most time the coffee pots are empty and if you ask they give you attitude

I don’t know if this person was new, or what. Lady who worked the night of 3/29. Gotta give her a 1/10. i’ve never had a worse wrap in my life. Why the wrap came out like it was in a puddle. Didn’t drain the chicken or nothing…? The paper was pretty much soaked meat juice . Hopefully this is a sign of motivation or something. All love.
