I am a huge fan of Wawa and all of its services. I got a great sandwich and some drinks promptly and was able to get the paper as well. Great place for deli sandwiches, snacks/drinks, and newspapers.

By far one of the best Wawas out there. Especially in the morning. Staff is outstanding and everything is fresh. Kudos to the team here. I’ve been stopping here since 2007.

Hire some people more interested in doing their job than stopping halfway through making a sandwich to talk to each other. This is the third time, I’m not coming back. I didn’t even wait for my order after waiting 20 minutes for an iced coffee. The worker made one drink in 5 minutes at one point. Do the managers care at all? I write mostly good reviews so listen to this one.

This is a nice Wawa but whoever is in charge here needs to realize that it’s a Wawa – not a nightclub – they blast the music so unbelievably loud that when the cashier is speaking to the customers in line, everyone is saying huh? what? bc they can’t hear over the music. Hoping this can be rectified bc its a frequently discussed topic in the parking lot amongst the customers as we all leave.

Ordered 4 hoagies on the mobile app this morning. Saw what looked like was my order and I asked a staff it was and was ignored. 25min later I asked a different staff member and they couldn’t find my order. Then the manger came with a bag, which was the same one I asked about earlier with our food. They gave me the wrong hoagie, they just reprinted the same ticket twice for the Italian hoagie. I paid for pepperoni in my Italian hoagie and didn’t get it, I asked for mayo and didn’t get it, I asked no tomato, there was tomato, I asked for spinach instead of lettuce, there was lettuce. Terrible, service and I’d like to sympathize with morning rush but this was just an awful experience.

Hoagiefest or Psychological Warfare?
I walked into the Ship Bottom Wawa a normal man. I left questioning the very fabric of reality.
It was supposed to be a simple order: a sub, a salad, and a chili. A wholesome meal. A tribute to Hoagiefest — that once-glorious tradition of affordable carbs and coastal joy.
Instead, I was handed chaos. The salad and sub were tossed at me like someone trying to ward off a raccoon. The chili? Thrown into a microscopic plastic bag that felt more like a dare than a container. It swung wildly in my hand like a bag of boiling punishment.
So I asked, very politely, “Hey, can I get a paper bag?”
And then it happened.
The woman behind the counter looked me dead in the eye and hissed, “We don’t give those out.”
I blinked. I pointed at the stack of paper bags not even ten feet away, sitting there next to the mobile orders like silent witnesses.
She snapped again, louder, more deranged: “WE DON’T GIVE THOSE OUT!!”
At this point I genuinely felt like I was on a hidden camera show. I looked around. No cameras. Just other customers silently pretending this was normal.
Then some guy behind me, probably named Brody or Tank, pipes up with, “She’s trying to say they don’t give those out.”
Oh thanks. I didn’t speak fluent Insanity before today.
What is happening?
Is this still Hoagiefest or has it mutated into some Kafkaesque test of endurance? A FEMA-run simulation? A covert military experiment on the limits of human dignity?
I left that Wawa with a chili grenade in a flimsy bag, my salad under one arm, my sandwich clenched between my Hoagiefest or Psychological Warfare?

I recently visited the Wawa that everyone said had bad service, but my experience was quite the opposite. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and efficient. They really saved me from having to wake up early by being so quick and accommodating. It was a pleasant surprise, and I’ll definitely be going back.

Love this Wawa and the fact that it’s open 24 hours is amazing! Food is always great. Keep in mind if you use the self checkout you can’t redeem rewards there’s you need to at an actual cash register.

Manager is horrible and rude and the workers show no respect. I asked for shredded cheese on an item and they refused to put the cheese on my food. It was a chicken snack wrap and has cheese as an option, spoke to the short heavy set manager and she couldn’t help. All other Wawa’s I never had a problem they put cheese on it for me. Not this Wawa. Bad employees and customer service will be talking to corporate also
